Applied for a credit card account. Submitted all my personal information and proof of id. After a few weeks, Mission Lane deemed my application "suspicious" and asked for more information via an impersonal message.I complied with the request. After a few more weeks, another impersonal message said my application was denied.In the meantime, I had received a letter from Experian stating that Mission Lane has fraudulently requested my credit report, and that Experian would strike that inquiry from my record.

I love Mission Lane credit card! Sadly I lost my job in 2016 so I defaulted on all my credit cards & some were American Express, Discover, Capital One etc. Mission has allowed me to rebuild my credit again. I received card in May 2022, I was initially given a low limit, then a couple months later, $800.00 limit, then in Dec, $1,300.00. I have never paid the minimum but paid off twice & make $100 to $200 payments each month. I didn't even have a January payment due but paid early! It feels great to have a company trust me again! In 2022 Mission Lane only made minimal interest on me.

I applied for the card and I was trying to sign in to the credit card app and it doesn't allow me to sign in to make a payment now because of that my credit dropped and I try to. All and is always answering machines that don't help solve the problem they just repeat the same thing over and over I've been working on my credit for the longest to have a better score to be able to purchase a home and now thanks to Mission Lane for not being a good credit card company my credit is bad thanks to them. As soon as I got my credit card from them I was able to sign in to the app with no problem to pay it. (Mission Lane is not a good company)!

Horrible customer service. Very rude. Had the card for a while before needing to change address due to moving. Because my home, which is over 100 years old, is not on their registry they said they cannot update my address. They basically told me it's my problem that they can't enter my address manually and without it being on the registry it cannot be updated. They also absolutely refused to give me a manager's name when I asked repeatedly. Worst customer service experience I ever had. I can't even put in a complaint or anything, they say they do it for you. I am currently being ignored by them while the problem is still unresolved. They also lost important identification documents and demanded copies as if it was my fault. Unbelievable.

I received the card and even received a pin. I did not activate it right away. When I did it was declined which was embarrassing. I then check my emails and received a message that my account had been restricted before I even attempted to use it and it was restricted for suspicious activity. I contacted them to see what suspicious activity since the card had just been activated and they could not tell me. Instead they proceeded to ask me for pics of my ID and a selfie? What professional business is out here giving cards then denying card benefits until you send a selfie? So I sent the info. No response the first time so I sent two more times and now they are reviewing it to see of I qualify? How would I not? HELLO? I ALREADY HAVE A CARD AND PIN NUMBER!

DECEPTIVE! They send you a link for a "SOFT" check for approval through a company I trust of Credit Karma. I did the soft check...which they tell you approved but DO NOT GIVE AMOUNT. I hit the back button due to I do not want a hard hit for a card that doesnt offer an amount of credit line due to I am looking for larger amounts ...over $5000...at this time. It gave me an error.I got an email saying there was an error and to come back and complete application. I never went back and the next day I get an approval for $1000?! WTHeydey! So I wrote them...with the screen shot of the error and the email of the error saying I didn't complete it and they did a hard hit anyhow!They keep mumbling...they always do hard hits...it is required by law...yada yada ...and I have told them I DID NOT COMPLETE IT and to remove hard hit and take off this useless card! They are refusing so now I am going to have to fight it. Asking for compensation this time when I file through ComplaintsBoard.com. DO NOT DO A SOFT CHECK...they will hard hit you anyhow.Wanted to leave zero or 1/2 star but wont permit!

I believe this credit card company has there business practices set up to create harm to the consumer, they denied my balance transfer payment because by the time it got to the company I had to make a payment to avoid interest and it was quite a significant overpayment ok I understand that so I beg and plead with my other credit card company to resend the payment for the exact amount I now owe on this card and they do, when I check my account a few days after the request Mission lane had added my cash back rewards reducing the amount I owe. So of course wanting to be sure I will have no issues, I call to confirm they will accept my payment though it will be a very slight overpayment due to there credit and I'm told no they will not accept the payment if it is more then the amount due on the card even though the amount was reduced by there cash back transaction. This screams illegal screw the client to make the interest really... And when I ask for a higher manager they offer a general correspondence address... Writing in to a blank hole what will that accomplish. I am a very disappointed client and will no longer be doing business with this company after such an awful experience and now knowing they do not put their clients 1st.

Bad service. Everytime I try to use it I have problems I would not do it unless had to !

They closed my account and wouldn't allow me to open a new one after I was a victim of fraud!

They give horrible service! I've had this card for over a month, and I have not been able to use it. They said that they couldn't verify my identity. I sent them pictures of me and of my driver's license. I had to call them several times to review the account. Like I said, I have had this card for over a month, they have had my documents for over a month, and they still have not reviewed my documents. I'm starting to wonder if they are scammers.

I applied to Mission Lane for a credit card and was told I was declined because they cannot verify my identity. I called and spoke with a representative that I would have to contact all credit bureau's to find out what the issue is with my identity? I find this vey odd especially if this establishment is suppose to be the one verifying identification. I am placing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com because I did enter my social and now I think it has been compromised /I think Mission Lane is a scam.

This company should not be allowed to do business. I sent in a payment for more than the balance owed, because I knew I had additional charges I would be making by the time they would get the check. They sent the check back to me saying I paid too much. I thought it was a joke. I never seen a bank or any business reject money before. So the best part is my payment was due on the 20th, and I sent the check in on the 15th. They tell me on the 21st that they are returning the check. Well guess what? Then they get to throw a late fee on me plus interest charges. Wow! What crooks. I am in process of trying to get that late payment reverese, but we will see.I closing this account as soon as this all gets cleaned up. But if you are not with them yet, please do not signup. There offeres are really too good to be true in the long run!

Scammers. They won't allow a submit of negative reviews to warn others. The submit button won't work and says to try again later. Yet apparently fake good reviews get posted. By no coincidence credit karma also doesn't accept negative reviews. Same pop up saying to try again later.yet the good reviews get posted.ComplaintsBoard.com has a very long list of complaints about them. Mission lane pays credit karma to advertise and promote their card. If you pay the card off before balance is due and they make no money off you they say there's suspicious activity but won't say what and tell you they need a selfie sent to them and the digits sent by them when the card was opened ( months later) and multiple other things that no credit card does for security. But no one in customer service can explain what the problem is. They all say they don't know and have no way to find out.. And I was told if I don't own a home computer I'm unable to solve the problem. I can't believe they operate legally especially when I see the long list of the same complaints through ComplaintsBoard.com.
