We had water in our basement after the torrential rains in late September. First time ever! Wal-Tech Drainage came by and looked both inside and outside our home. He did point out that we had a slight crack in the window area on the outside and that the hydrostatic pressure was acting to push water into the house foundation.

This past week a crew showed up and dug down to the foundation over an 8 feet gap. They found the crack, waterproofed it, adding some drainage board on that part of the wall and inspected our drains at the bottom. They added two more vertical drains for further leaks in the window area and then re-landscaped the area to drain water away from the house. They got all this done in 4 hours on a nice day. They clearly explained what they were doing and what they found. I got my report along with 4 pictures of the work. Very very pleased with Wal-Tech Drainage and his crew and all that they did to remedy our water problem. Could recommend them to anyone!

To say the least, I was more than a little freaked out when I saw water (yet again ... long story) in my basement. John was calm, direct, matter of fact as well as understanding. He explained what had to be done and what the process would be in terms I understood without being condescending. The price was not what I was expecting (in a really good way ;) and they were done in 2 days! The ground can now thaw or it can rain for days and I don't care! I made the call to Waltech based on their reputation, we had a couple of units in our condo complex with foundation cracks and water leaks from the heavy rains. Waltech Drainage was very responsive and arranged an inspection quickly with follow up service quite rapidly in this era of delayed availability for all construction trades. A couple of days prior and on the day of the job he called to confirm time of arrival and the people showed, were courteous and thorough on completing the work and at the price quoted- can't ask for any more. Highly recommend the Waltech service.

I would like everyone to know if you need any drainage work around your house or egress window installed this is the TOP company in London and surrounding area. The owner was so professional, communication was off the chart, caring as well as the entire 3 crew members. The owner had knocked on my neighbours door before he started the job to advise them that it could be a little loud throughout the day. In the business world very few provide the service this company did. This company will be around another 50 years no question. Again, thank you for making our experience one of the best we have ever had.

John and his crew are not only knowledgeable experts in their field, they're a lovely bunch of personable individuals who make a daunting experience more easily managed. John was quick to respond to concerns, and upon arrival, easily/correctly identified all issues that we (home owners) were experiencing without needing to explain. He walked us through why such things were occurring as well as the process of how to alter the problems. His crew of guys may be small but their diligent and timely work ethic make it seem like a much larger team. We truly appreciate the service we received from Waltech Drainage and highly recommend them to anyone who requires effective service.

Wal-Tech has got to be one of the best service providers of all service providers, never mind what industry. I don't think I have every been so satisfied with a job, owner, or crew in all the years in our old house. Wal-Tech is amazing to deal with, from the quoting right through to the cleanup, and his crew was absolutely top notch! We have a 100 year old house, with a "wet" basement, full of "water features", Wal-Tech did a full dig-out and external waterproofing. The repair job was above and beyond, and the attention to detail was unbelievable. Wal-Tech was recommended to me by several friends, and I see why. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and feel they should really be everyone's first choice when it comes to drainage and waterproofing needs. I really can't say enough good things about Wal-Tech and his incredible crew, they took care of my house as if it were their own and were such wonderful people to work with.
