Had an excellent experience. Called one day and they were able to come out that next morning. Jose was the technician and was quick, personable, and great to work with. He shared the process of repair, and reset my door code along with repairing my door opener. Price was very fair. All in all was a great experience!

I called late on Monday, and Jeromy showed up before 9am on Tuesday morning. He was very courteous, explained everything that he did, and had the door fixed in about a half an hour. We had recently had our spring and motor replaced by another company but were having issues with the spring tension and the door shaking. We couldn't get a hold of the other company to fix it so Jeromy from The Garage Door Guy came out and made all the adjustments to fix the other company's mistakes. He was so informative and helpful! Incredibly fast service, went above and beyond. I wish we had gone with Jeromy from the beginning!

The Garage Door Guy: After 17 years, we bought new garage doors for our three stall garage and John Smith and Mason did a fabulous job on installing. They had to take the old doors off and put the new doors on, new trim, new pad, new opener, new track, and all. They showed up on time, they worked five hours and put the new doors on. I love the new doors, they did a great job. I'm so happy with the doors and the work they did. Very polite guys!

Jeromy was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the components of my garage doors. No high pressure tactics, straightforward pricing on the spot. I originally called for service to replace both torsion springs after one broke- I liked the service so much, I also opted to install new garage door opener systems to replace my noisy, old 1990s opener systems.

Jeff arrived this morning to replace my garage door springs. Very professional, very polite. He had my door back in business in no time. I also had him install nylon rollers, which I highly recommend doing. Really quieted the the sound of the door. He also lubricated the rollers and hinges. I'm sure the door hasn't operated that smoothly in 30 years! Give them a call, you'll be pleased with the service. Did I mention the springs have a lifetime warranty? They do indeed!
