So, I got this bed from WakeFit.co and it was made of wood. But, when I got it, it was all messed up and not good at all. I tried to return it, but they said no way, even if it was their fault! That's not cool, man. I mean, if you're gonna sell something, it should be good, right? But, they didn't care and just left me hanging. So, I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you want something that actually works.

I gotta say, WakeFit.co is the real deal when it comes to mattresses and pillows. Me and my partner have been snoozing on these bad boys for a solid 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. In fact, we were so pleased with our purchase that we decided to get a set for my folks too. And let me tell ya, they're loving it just as much as we are!

What really sets WakeFit apart from the rest is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Unlike those other companies (*coughPepperfry *cough*) who are all talk and no action, WakeFit is really going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy campers. I mean, have you seen their ads? Nah, me neither. But that's because they don't need to rely on flashy marketing tactics to get the word out. Their satisfied customers are doing all the talking for them!

So yeah, I'm pretty impressed with WakeFit. They're the real deal and they're not afraid to show it. Keep doing what you're doing, WakeFit. You're killing it!

I recently got myself a mattress from Wakefit.co and boy, was I impressed! I placed my order before 4pm and the very next day, it was delivered to my doorstep. I was thrilled to finally have the product I had been eyeing for my bed. My work lifestyle has caused me to develop back pain, and sleeping on a lousy mattress only made things worse. But after doing some extensive research, I stumbled upon Wakefit and decided to give their orthopaedic mattress a try. And let me tell you, it was worth it!

I found out that similar products from Sleepwell and Kurlon were available at twice the price, but Wakefit offered the same quality at an affordable price. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, and I no longer wake up with aches and pains. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase, and the quick delivery and regular follow-ups from Wakefit only added to my positive experience. I would definitely recommend this product to other customers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable mattress.

So, I placed an order on WakeFit.co through Pepperfry on 1st June 2022. The estimated delivery date was mid June 2022, but boy was I in for a surprise! When I checked the status of my order on WakeFit.co, I found out that the cot and mattress were only going to be manufactured in mid June. And to make matters worse, the mattresses would only be delivered on 29th July, with no indication of when the cot would be delivered. This delay has completely halted my move to my new place, and WakeFit doesn't seem to care one bit. It's a shame that Pepperfry and WakeFit have no relationship to make this happen smoothly.

I strongly suggest that no one orders from WakeFit.co. Instead, I ordered a cot from another channel and got it delivered with storage in just 4 days! The finish was excellent too. It's a shame that WakeFit.co couldn't deliver on their promises, but I'm glad I found a better alternative.

I used to be a fan of WakeFit.co products a few years ago, but now their products and service have gone downhill. It's a shame that they don't have a review page for customers to give feedback, but I guess they're afraid of negative reviews.

I recently purchased an office chair from them, which was supposed to cost me 14k, but they gave me an illogical discount and charged me 8k. However, the chair is poorly designed and caused me a lot of pain in my neck. The headrest is positioned in such a way that it sticks out at least 2 inches, making it impossible to rest your head back comfortably. The cushion is also poorly designed, forcing you to keep your neck bent for hours on end. The armrests are too wide, causing shoulder pain.

The worst part of my experience was dealing with their customer support. They were not willing to be considerate to customers and refused to give me the option of replacing the chair at an extra charge for a different one. I spoke to four different people, but they all had the same policy. In the end, I had to dump the chair and waste 8k.

I would not recommend buying WakeFit.co products if you want to really wake fit. Their products are poorly designed and their customer support is unhelpful. Save your money and look elsewhere for better quality products.

I ordered a bed on 14 october and it had been delivered to me by 23 oct 2023 but yet I don't receive it and they also extend the EDD with no reason. when I track my order it is in Gurgaon warehouse from past 10 days but they are not delivering it Why ? i don't know. when I contacted those persons they denied to deliver and said pls contact to customer care . when I contacted customer care every time they said we will arrange a call back for you but I don't receive any call. now the situation is my product is stucked at warehouse and my money also they ware not delivering the product. when I connect they give me written mail of delivering it by maximum 31 October 2023 but still not delivering now. what should i do . plzzz help me sir
