I was tryna find the stuff I bought from Contour Products, Inc. It was supposed to be shipped on 9/21/22 and I paid for it and all. They gave me a tracking number but it ain't moving at all. Like, it just says they made a label or whatever but no real info. I called their 800 number and the local one too but all I get is a machine and no one calls me back. I emailed customer service a bunch of times but they ain't responding either. This is some messed up customer service, man. I don't know what to do.

So how can they say that the March price is the "Regular price" that they're reducing from? This is very misleading advertising. The company doesn't seem to be following any advertising rules. It's false advertising at its finest. I talked to a rep through their website's live chat and she kept saying dishonest things about the pricing.

I ordered it on April 30 (order #XXXXXX) and paid $179.95 with PayPal. We liked the product, but by mid-July, it was losing air overnight. I tried calling the company, but no one answered. So, I filled out an exchange request (request # 4855) on July 28, which is still within the 90-day window for refunds or exchanges. Today, July 29, I got an email saying my exchange request was denied. They gave me a number to call, but it doesn't work. I'm really mad at this company for their bad customer service.
