Vyta.co review: Poor communication portal gives false information

At first thought man this place is great everything went on time. Did the labs doctor call and results for trt. Then the portal says shipped! Friday 25th if you know anything about test it cant sit in the heat of a mailbox or it can degrade. So i stayed home. Mind you says overnight shipping so i waited next day Sunday obviously isnt coming so monday and Tuesday nothing. Then left a measage hey didnt get anything. Oh pharmacy hasnt approved it yet or signed off yet ok well thats not what this portal thing says but ok wed morning i left a mesage response from doctor basically the same we will contact the pharmacy. Day goes by nothing! No response but still says ahipped 25th realize they charge you by the date they claim shipping. So you ask hey anything yet and the portal sends messages before completion and the thing is horrid. Im trying to verify address communication is lack luster. Meanwhile realize it obviously aint coming tomororw and friday its gonna be another excuse and weekend well were off weekends so Monday likely before its finally sent im expecting they wilk drag it out until next week which will be three weeks since i signed up with an alleged 3-5 day turnaround more like get you as close to the next payment as possible while spinning you. The art of spinning is keeping you bouncing back and forth with vague question responses. Because they have othet reasons why they stall for trt if they get each patient stalled to the next payment that increases their profit. Mind you the only time they responded quickly was resolve by tomorrow or refund me! Immediately responded with we will refund you because we have responded lol no they respond once per day. Email busiensses are poor customer service poor responses and poor communication.
