I purchased my vehicle through Vroom in September 2021. The car was delivered on September 13. Paperwork was completed following the ten day trial period in original and fed-ex delivered back for registration. Registration temporary tags were issued over and again. March 2022 all the paperwork was done again - they told me the signatures are only valid for 90 days - Vin inspection again cost $30 each time, proof of insurance to meet TX standards etc, copied and fed-ex originals back to them again. The last temporary tag I have is April 2022, still no registration. Finance company for the car sends me a letter saying Vroom is waiting for my VIN inspection and insurance proof and I had better take action. I've called and started a 'case number' for action with Vroom on 5/17/22, 5/27/22, 6/6/22, 6/15/22, 6/17/22- - Each time they say the previous case has been closed. Each time they promise someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours, but each time no one does. I basically have a car I'm paying for, maintaining and driving illegally due to no registration. I have been pulled over and ticketed for no registration - - I face having insurance cancelled and I don't even know what the financing will do about it. I need help to push this company to follow through and complete the sale transaction that is now NINE months old. I have reviewed my paperwork and I do NOT have the documents needed to register, and only Vroom has the originals - - so I basically don't own my car? Nor can I prove I own it!

Desired outcome: I would like a financial offer for restitution of the ticket for no registration and for the two months of no temporary registration tag. I would also like the Registration with the state of New Mexico to be completed.

I am NOT trying to complain about the Better Business Bureau! I was trying to post a complaint on BBB against the company named Vroom.
