Greenlight Auto I bought an odes jungle cross from Green Light Auto in August 2022

I bought an odes jungle cross from Green Light Auto in August 2022. The machine broke down within the first 5 miles of getting it home! I had to pay a guy to help me retrieve the machine off the beaten path in the backcountry where I live. I hauled the machine 150 miles back to the dealership to have it repaired and didn't hear from the dealership for over a week. While it was there, I contacted the dealership to see what the issue was and was told it was an electrical problem with the voltage regulator going bad. They said I needed to pick it up ASAP or would be charged $25 per day for storage and would be towed if not picked up in 2 weeks' time! I asked if the dealership could haul it back, which they did since I couldn't get time off work to do so. After looking the machine over, it had electrical parts dangling under the hood and bolts were laying on the radiator. Some of the bolts are missing, and several of the electrical parts were just hanging from mounting brackets. I feel this isn't good customer service, and the headache of buying a new machine that breaks down the very first day of purchasing it, along with the service and being told to just bolt the parts back together, it won't be an issue with any warranty cover if it breaks down again! I feel this machine isn't going to work for me after reading the reviews and also knowing another person who purchased the same machine from the same dealer whose machine had been in the shop broke down since purchasing his! It's been 18 days since purchasing, and the machine has been in the shop for 7 days. I've operated it twice and less than 50 miles on it. I think the dealership needs to send his service mechanic to finish the job since they won't offer me an exchange on another machine or buy it back!
