Horrible
At first Vola was a great app easy to use and very useful. As time has passed Vola started to take things like not being able to activate a card. Now it’s telling me I have a free subscription when I never ever change anything in my settings. It was says that my bank account needs a history of 150 over 3 months which my account does. It also says the my account is connected but it don’t work. I tried to get in contact with customer service and they did not answer they still haven’t answer it’s been 3 days and I tried to contact them in those 3 days. What’s going on? Does Vola do changes on its own without the person operating the app knowing ? Or what’s the problem cause it’s not right. I was never informed my subscription is changing.

Overdraft nightmare due to glitch
I got this app in order to help me financially but it’s done the opposite. When I went to repay my loan within the app it looked like it wasn’t going through. Only after the 9th time I hit repay did I get the verification screen that the payment went through. However I was charged 9x the loan payment in error, causing my bank account to go negative. In result I was charged many overdraft fees. Vloa paid me back for the extra times the repayment went through but so far have only covered part of the overdraft fees. I’m still down 180$ so I’m hoping they’ll resolve this before I have payments to make.
Update: They have totally stopped responding me to me and have not resolved the issue. Horrible customer service. This company can’t even own up to or fix their own mistakes.

Doesn’t even work
Maybe it’s just my phone, but I’ve tried to request a loan but the app doesn’t even let me put all my information in. You need a Tier Subscription but it doesn’t even let me have the option for signing up for one- just a blank page pops up. They updated the app recently (yesterday I believe) and I was able to put my information in, but then it keeps saying that not everything is filled out despite that all blanks are filled and my account is verified. I have a bank account connected that has income coming in, as well as a positive balance. At this point I’m over it. Customer service takes way too long to respond, especially considering the fact that people using this app are in need of a quick loan. I have an iPhone so just a heads up if you plan on using this app on the iPhone.

Been trying to contact customer support for days and they just ignore me. I dont have the funds right now to pay and have revoke ach withdrawals but have not recieved any confirmation.
