Business named Rate marketplace continues to call stating I requested a mortgage refinance. They have my personal information and when I inquire where and how they got my information they hang up but continue to call back. The callers always tell me someone applied for a mortgage on my property but I have never applied for a refinance for my property. I am concerned someone is trying to scam my property and this company is not cooperating with me to get needed information.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They have a lot of last 4 digits numbers to call you
Ratemarketplace has continued to call me several times a day from several different phone numbers. I have asked them to remove me from their call list, but they continue to call. I feel that someone is trying to scam me and now it is way past being harassed and needs to stop immediately.
I too am receiving multiple phone calls from different numbers from Ratesmarket place. I do not answer and after reading the Multiple complaints similar to mine and reading the identical response from the company to complaints,my Red Flags ars flying. I have Never reached out to these people and never would. I'm asking that the Better Business Bureau investagate this company, meanwhile Inhavereached out to my state and Federal Representatives for investagation. On average my number is called twice to three times a day all with a Different number. I am on the federal Registered "Do not Call" list and this company has never been given permission to contact me.
I want these calls to stop immediately.
