Vodafone Egyptinternet bundle


I had a problem in my internet bundle offer last month which should be active and renewable for 3 months first due date is 28th of October

I called customer service on 26th to make sure that I don't face the same issue, and the feedback was that I shall call on 27th before midnight, I did that at 22:30, and the answer was the problem will be solved and I will get a call in max 30 minutes., Which not happened, I called after 50 minutes and the answer was that he will notify his colleague who spoke to me in the beginning to call in few minutes, I told him that it should be solved before midnight otherwise I will lose my current megabytes, again no answer
I made third call at almost 23:50 and the answer was that now solved I need to call *211# to activate, I did that with no success, I called again for the 4th time, and during the call I found that my internet stopped losing 6790 MB., However the 4th call center representative solved the renewal issue but I still lost 6790MB. And I feel bad for the second time about Vodafone and it's customer services reps.
