It was my first time using them and I had a great experience. Everything exactly as it was supposed to be. I was paid the same day my package was delivered to them. Excellent service!

Make sure you take pics before you send. They claimed that the expiration dates on my supplies were less than what I said and sent me $5 instead of $220. Would not do business with them ever again.

They lied and said items were not in the box. Took a picture saying "this was only thing in the box". My girlfriend and I both witnessed what was in the box. This happened on two occasions. Don't use them, they are cheats and will steal your goods!

The company stole three brand new Dexcom sensors from me. Said they dont buy them in separate boxes just in a three pack box. They were three brand new sensors in brand new boxes. They refused to ship them back to me. Said they donate them. Whatever! There is no reason not to be paid, its the same item. Brand new sensors in perfect boxes.

Was scammed out of 100 test strips. Was told that the seal was broken, when I have a photo showing otherwise! *** said she could have remedied the situation had my daughter not gave her company a scathing review, which was taken down the next day.If I could give zero stars, that would be a concise rating. Please think twice before selling to this company.

TAKE PICTURES BEFORE SENDING! Was paid quick, but they deducted $10 per box for a label THEY pulled off causing damage. Was credited half of the $20 back when I proved one box was not sent damaged, but when I tried to send her the picture for the second box the lady was super rude talking over me and cutting me off. Very unprofessional. Will be finding a more honest vendor for future sales.

I don't know what I would do without this crew. They are doing a wonderful thing for those in need in more than one way. Tight in cash and have test strips or other diabetic supplies and need to sell them, they are there. Can't get your supplies from your normal source, they are there. Diabetic supplies are already hard to come by and this crew really gets it! Thank you for being there and helping those in need! :)

Dont be worried about sending any supplies to TWO MOMS TEST STRIPS before you ship call them they will answer the phone and if busy they call you back unlike other companies that dont even answer emails. Be careful removing any labels if you cant do it without tearing the package leave them on. Use care when packing dont crush your boxes if they dont fit use a bigger box ( they pay the shipping) so pack them well . YOU WANT FULL PRICE dont be an doofus and youll get it and fast too $$$$$

I agree with the other reviews below. I sent in my excess test strips and each time they short change me saying the boxes where damage when in fact they weren't and refused to compromise. Most people rely on the extra funds to help with their financial needs and to always reducing the amounts owed is despicable. I took pictures before I send them out. I would NOT recommend them to anyone going forward nor will I use them again. I would recommend that the ComplaintsBoard.com give them an "F". The deserve 0 star.

This is not the first time I have used this company but it will be my last. The first time I used them they short changed my order because of damage to packaging. I did not complain just took the hit. But this time they stole $90.00 from me. I can very easily sell the sensors somewhere else like they are going to do. However they keep MY SENSORS and pay me nothing, nor offer me a solution or option of getting my sensors returned to me. Very sketchy business practices, rude customer service. Beware!

Ive been doing business with the Two moms for four years now and have been nothing but impressed with their quick payments and customer service over the years Im very confused by the reviews here because apparently only people that are upset leave reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com whereas on trust pilot, the two moms have over ***+ 5 star reviews. I have made the mistake of sending supplies that didnt match my quote like some others mentioned here and took responsibility for my errors and they were fair and gracious.Im grateful for their help and being there every other month when I sell my supplies and couldnt recommend them highly enough.Thanks ladies!

Dont not send your stuff here! They will pay you the first two times.. then they will lie and say your stuff was damaged *** shipping.. I know for a fact it was not.. I called the post office and they informed me my box was not damaged on delivery.. I took pictures of my stuff I sent to them and carefully wrapped each item with extreme care.. Do you think that I would ship my stuff with a chance of not being paid my correct amount.. Also they would not send me pictures of my items that were damaged.. I have my numbers and wanted to see with my own eyes that they were damaged.. when I called I wanted them to be returned and they stated they would not ship them back.. they took close to *** off of me.. so BEWARE!

Its sad, because on their website they portray this as a company that helps diabetics..but being a type 1 diabetic for 21 years I could never predict the h*** that this company was to deal with.I will make this brief by stating I sent them *** Total test strips and they paid me *** show nothing of the sort, other than residue paper damage that is common with prescription labels. Also, they gave me zero dollars for test strips that were only a few days out from an eight month expiration date. I think their customer service is perhaps the biggest problem however, as all communication with them was rude and extremely condescending. Stay away at all costs. If you need even more proof than this review I suggest you either read their responses to their reviews on *** or their response (if any) to this review.

I agree with the negative reviews. I had success the first few times and they pay quickly. This last time they paid short $90 saying there was damage. *** was on one, and that was true, I had struck out my daughter's name. Transmitter box they said had been opened. I never open the boxes until my daughter needs to use. Looked like someone had pushed the bottom in. They said the package wasn't damaged but cut short payment for several boxes of strips. One was a tiny flap was lifted up. I had just received these and left them in the same container, never took them out, and sent them in because we had enough at home. They have excuses for all negative reviews. I was huge fan until now and they just kept saying I didn't understand. I do understand, I was cammed and won't use again. Won't be back on here to read their excuses. I'm just so disappointed as I was selling them in hopes they would get to people who need but there are plenty of companies out there. I like the idea of taking pictures before but I don't think that will matter, they will just say Oh well this is how we received. Thank you.

Twomomsbuyteststrips.com is a fraudulent organization the consumer needs to be made aware of. I shipped diabetic supplies I can no longer use to them for payment. Upon arrival the shipping container was undamaged per their photos. However, upon unpacking the box they damaged the merchandise. They accused me of sending them ripped boxes. They kept 20 pods and sold them at my expense and profited off of me without paying me the contract allowance. I sent them my photos and their excuse was I did not pack them well enough. A complete fabrication. The owner wanted to argue with me for 30 minutes via text. Try calling and her voicemail is full.that is your first red flag of hundreds of complaints flooding their organization. I offered to pay for the return postage and she refusedkept arguing for 30 minutes that it was cost prohibitive for her. Yes, paying me what Im owed and then selling them at their cost is cost prohibitive because she had to pay me, not stiff me and sell them. I offered to pay for postage and send her 20 newly packaged pods. She again refused and wanted to argue for 30 minutes. The time she spent arguing and acting like an unprofessional business owner she could have packaged and mailed them back. These 2 moms are 2 devils! Why would someone send them torn boxes knowing they would not get paid to begin with? They are in complete desperation for merchandise and will fabricate receipt of your shipment, so they do not need to pay you. They throw out there the overwhelmingly satsifed customers but try leaving a negative complaint and its deleted. Its all a big scam by these 2 ladies who likely are not ladies at all. You can file a complaint on their website. Please contact the *** Attorney General and the *** Attorney General with your complaints. They are waiting to hear from you to build their case against twomomsbuyteststripts.com. Lets build a class action against them!

This company buys diabetes test strips. I tried them once and it was good. Second time, not so much. I sent 6 boxes worth $425 and they only gave me $56. They won't give me my stuff back and I'm mad. They sent a pic saying the labels are messed up, but they were the same as before. They say you can send damaged labels, but they're lying. They're scamming people and won't give stuff back if it's worth $0.00.

I hit up this company to sell some test strips. The lady said they was a good company and real great. They sent me a package to send my strips in. I sent them my strips but three boxes was too late. I called them up and asked for my strips back since they wasn't gonna buy them. She said she wouldn't give them back. I asked her to send me something saying they was gonna throw them away and not sell them but she said no. She said if I sent her a shipping label she'd give them back. I asked why it was such a big deal to give them back for like $1.80. I called her sweetheart cause that's what we say in the South but she got mad and hung up.

I sent them an email asking for my camera back and they said they would send it back if I paid for and sent them a label. I paid for the label and sent it to them, but they still haven't sent my camera back. This is some shady business and I wouldn't recommend using them. They're just trying to cheat people out of their money.
