VLCCcheated by vlcc vashi, negligent staff caused health problems and waste of valuable time and money

1. Refund is not being provided by Vashi VLCC though they have taken money from me by saying that both packages are guaranteed packages
2. Now, as they are unable to deliver the results, I have asked for refund. But the matter is being delayed for no reason. If VLCC VASHI did not have the capabilities and experienced staff, they should not have made false promises. It is mistake of VLCC VASHI staff and I should not lose my money because of careless and negligent staff.
3. I had gone to the VLCC, Vashi centre to join the 5 kg weight loss program. However, Sonal, the counselor there, provided information that they have a guaranteed weight loss package and a guaranteed inch loss package which is very effective. I paid more than Rs.17000 to VLCC, Vashi for both the packages on 01 Jun 2012 & started on 04 June 2012. (The amount paid was for 5 TS sessions (one additional they gave complimentary) (with the TS sessions coming with a guaranteed inch loss) & the 5 kg guaranteed weight loss.
4. However I faced the following issues:
The first TS session I had: The girl who did the massage led to burning of skin due to improper handling. However, I did not complain, but I did bring this to the notice of the dietician and the physiotherapist.
The second TS session was horrible. It seems that the girl who did the massage did not have the kind of experience to do it. She hit my rib bone very hard many times in front and on the sides. The massage she did was with one finger/thumb and not with hand. After the massage, I got rib bone pain, sore muscles and tummy muscles were swollen and tender too. Heaviness in tummy and digestion related problems started. I immediately contacted Shruti and Jyoti who are the dieticians. However, they said it was normal and would take 5-6 days to normalise. I thought that probably, since they must be experienced, what they say is right and it must be normal. I was also unable to go for my weight loss sessions post this, as merely touching that part of skin would aggravate the existing pain. I have hardly gone twice for the weight loss post this issue, however, since it hurts I had to cut short those two sessions and could not take for the 45 minutes duration as would have been. Since the issues didnt subside after more 2 weeks, I spoke to the doctor there, doctor Deepa. She also said its normal, and prescribed some medicine and asked me to massage with an oil.
The second TS session was not done correctly. Else, what the problems I experienced after the second session, I should have got the same problems after the first TS session also. However, the doctor and dieticians did not take the issue seriously. Due to negligent behaviour of VLCC staff, I have to suffer. Why should I?
5. I wrote to them a number of times, contacted the CEO and the customer care, however, Vashi VLCC have written letter stating that they cannot provide the refund. Also the letter contains lot of false information. VLCC is unnecessarily sending false letters which is highly unprofessional. First money is taken by giving guaranteed packages and now they are denying it. Management decision should have been based on facts and not on basis of false information provided by VLCC VASHI centre. Its obvious that since VLCC VASHI does not want to pay refund, they are trying to give false information
6. VLCC VASHI has to pay the entire amount that I gave them, because the promised inch loss and weight loss has not happened. They have told that both these are guaranteed packages, hence I had paid the money. Now if they have not fulfilled the guarantee, they have to refund my money
7. Its not right that VLCC takes money from people by providing false guarantee and later on refuses to pay if they are unable to provide the guaranteed services
8. Please note I hadnt asked for any guaranteed package. Sonal, the counselor, provided me two packages which she said, provided guarantee and she said that if I join these two sessions, there will be guaranteed weight loss and inch loss. Also weight loss that would happen in “TS” sessions would be over and above the weight loss of 5 kgs in the guaranteed weight loss session. VLCC VASHI has in its correspondence and the package they gave me specified the term "guarantee" If VLCC does not provide any such package which is guaranteed, then "Vashi VLCC" centre is providing false guarantee and taking money from people.
9. At all times the customer care, area head, centre head, counselor, dieticians and the doctors have accepted that there has been a mistake from their end and I should accept the same amount worth of products or join another VLCC centre. Please note that I do not intend to join VLCC or use VLCC products as I no longer have faith (due to issues as mentioned above) I should be given the entire amount of my refund. Also, when I had spoken to the customer care “Hemshikha”, she had told me that mine is an exceptional case, and she would speak to the management about the refund. I am not sure she has spoken or no. As VLCC VASHI has accepted their mistake, then its their fault and they should refund.
10. VLCC VASHI is now trying to state false information so that they don’t have to pay me. This is not right. VLCC doesn’t have right to cheat customers.
