I tried to cancel my subscription three times, starting from 10/24/22. They sent me an email about not getting a refund, but I didn't ask for one. The link they provided prompted me to send an email for cancellation, but I only received a response saying that they don't give refunds. I just wanted to cancel my subscription. They say members can cancel anytime within their account, but the link they provided didn't work unless I contacted their team. They sent me the same process that didn't work and told me there are no refunds. It seems like they're delaying my request to charge me for another month.

So, I thought that since I requested cancellation and they said it was set to expire, they shouldn't try to renew. To be safe, I canceled payment in October, so they couldn't charge me for a renewal. But, they still tried to charge me on November 2nd, even though I tried to cancel six times and was being told that my subscription was set to expire. They won't let me cancel! So, I think it might be a scam? I just want to cancel!
