I am so sick of your company that I’m ready to pull everything out of here. First, I got emergency button that has not worked from day one. I continue to complain about it with no satisfaction. I wanted to return it for a full refund and I’m told I can’t. WHY? It’s your product that is defaulted and you have been out here several times to fix it. You fix it then a couple days later it’s back to the same problems. And this causes my panel to continuously go off. I do not want this product and want my money returned.

I have a carbon monoxide alarm in my house. But when it didn’t work anymore and I called I was told he was outdated and I had to purchase a new one. WHY, didn’t you replace it. WHY? Should I have to pay for another one.

You took money out of my account that you were NOT AUTHORIZED to do. A big amount $423.00. I had made pay arrangements to pay this, yet you took it anyway. I called in today and have been switched to 5 different operators and been on hold for 45 minutes. Then you want to tell me it will take 8 business days for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE. I am a disabled senior citizen and don’t have this kind of money to be taken out of my account. Now since you took this money I have no money for my electric or food bill. So thank you because today my electric will be turned off.

Next the car guard. WHY do I get distrubment notifications about other cars. It should just be about my. I want to return this. Unhappy with product.

Next, your a company in the USA but yet when you call with a problem the call goes over seas to someone that can’t speak proper English. It is so hard to understand them and it’s hard to tell them the problem. I live in the USA and that’s where my phone call should be answered at.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and all problems fixed ASAP. Also a phone call regarding all these problems by someone in the USA.
