Vivid Seats — received parking pass for the wrong date.

Hello, we ordered a parking pass for November 3, and when it was delivered, the pass was for WI football game on Nov. 24, for which we do not have tickets to the game. We were on live chat with LaChelle at 8:52 am on Nov. 3. During that chat we asked that she make sure it was for "today's" game and LaChelle, said yes, this is for the game today (8:53 am). The ticket is the wrong date. How do we get refunded for this ticket, which cost 96.00?
I am an administrative assistant at American Family Ins, and am submitting this complaint on behalf of Holli Dixon. This was billed to her personal credit card.
