vip kars is not good. they sold me a car but no title. not professional at all.

I bought a car from ViP Kars and soon after, bugs started crawling out. They said they'd fix it, so I let them. But when I got the car back, even more bugs appeared. I texted them that same night saying I'd return the car. The next day, *** said he'd talk to the boss and call me back. But I haven't heard anything and I've called a bunch of times. I even left messages for *** but no response. This dealership seems sketchy. I just want to give back the car and get my money back.

vip kars is the worst place to buy a car from. they don't care if the car is messed up as long as they get paid. the old man, will, is a liar and a snake. i wouldn't give them even one star.

I got a *** Corolla (2017) from VIP Kars and the customer service and sales rep were good. But, I'm bummed out and regret buying it because it needed big repairs already and I only had it for 9 months. I had to fix a body control module in Jan and an engine control module in Feb. I got a warranty when I bought it, but it didn't cover the body control module. I should have just got a new car and not be in this mess. This car has issues with the electrics and mechanics and it's only 5 years old.

I went to ViP Kars and they got a sister place called Smart Auto Finance at ***. I got a 2020 Ram 1500 from them and I asked two different people four times if the truck had been in an accident and they said no. I asked so many times because they told me they changed parts on the front of the truck and painted it again. When I had the truck checked out, there was big damage to the frame on the front of the truck. It showed where it got bent back into place and there were cracks and breaks in the frame. They only agreed to take the truck back and give me my money back and cancel the loan after I threatened to sue them for fraud.

I purchased a Nissan Versa 2021 from a dealership and paid almost 20k cash (a check they cashed in a couple of days). When I took the car home, two warning lights activated on the dashboard; one indicated the car needed air, and the other was unfamiliar to me, so I took it to a nearby Nissan dealer for inspection. They informed me that the front sensor was broken and poorly installed. The car was sold to me with a clean CarFax report, and the salesman assured me it was the most reliable car on the lot. However, the Nissan dealer confirmed the car had been in a collision and was inadequately repaired. I confronted the salesman and demanded to speak with the owner, but was told the owner never interacts with customers and was offered a check by their mechanic instead. I had to order the part from Nissan and paid an additional $1350 on top of the 20k to VipKars. The sales team refused to acknowledge any responsibility, claiming ignorance of the damages. It's hard to believe a car dealer would be unaware of a car's accident repairs. The salesman consistently lied to me. When I mentioned getting a lawyer and suing for being misled into signing the contract, he dismissively told me to do as I pleased. I advise against dealing with these dishonest sellers. Eventually, karma will catch up with them.
