VIP Holiday Photos I booked holiday fotos last week and paid $57.21 online

I booked holiday fotos last week and paid $57.21 online. When we got there, Santa was sick and we had to wait 3 hours or get a biz card for a refund. I've called a bunch of times but all I get is a robot telling me to go to their Google doc site for help. I did that a week ago but still no answer.
