I was looking for a PlayStation 5 console, which has an MSRP of $499.99. The store was selling the product for $749.99, but there was a condition that I had to buy around $200 worth of additional products before I could purchase the console.

I was charged $531.66 over the MSRP for a product that was sold to me as new, but it turned out to be used. The product is highly sought after, so I won't be returning it, but I believe I should be refunded the extra charges. The original MSRP was $499, but I ended up being charged $1031.66. I played the video game Grand Theft Auto on 7/12 and 2K21 on 11/13. I didn't buy the game system until 11/26. I have bank statements, receipts, and physical evidence of saved data on my game system.

I preordered Firepower #1 by Kirkman at $3.99, a preagreed price for the comic. When I went to get it, they wanted to charge $150.00. I ordered this comic at $3.99, and the store did not order one for themselves. They stole my comic by jacking up the price. This is the second time they have done this. I ordered Batman Damned #1 at $5.99, and they tried to charge me over $100.00 for it. These comics were ordered for me, not the store, and were stolen from me by the store.

I bought some shoes from Vintage Stock and they were supposed to be legit, but when I tried to sell them later, they failed the verification process. I only had them sitting in my closet for less than a year. I asked Vintage Stock to show me pictures of when I bought them so I could compare and prove that they were the same, but they said no. I want my money back for the two pairs of shoes I ordered: [protected]-[protected] - *** 12 Flu Game 2016 - $475 *** 1 UNC - $750

The transaction happend yesterday 06/20/2022 at Vintage stock in *** in ***. I went in and saw a playstation 3 remote. The remote was in a box and it said it was officially licensed remote. The store worker told me it is an original and they are hard to find. I purchased the item under the impression this was an officially licensed product and when I got home I started to realize the remote was a knock off third party remote trying to imitate an official playstation. The remote was $45.00. I tried to get a refund letting the manager know I was under the impression it was officially licensed and he said he wouldnt do a refund. This was a scam and he should know better than to sell an unofficial product displaying it as an official one. My goal is to receive a refund because the product is barely usable. I still have the remote in it's original box with the sticker/tag on it with the bar code.

I bought a PlayStation 5 console bundle from Vintage Stock. It came with a controller and 2 games. I still have the receipt and wanted to trade in the white (Factory Sealed) controller for the black one. Both controllers are priced at 69.99 on the shelf. However, I was rudely told that they couldn't "trade" in the controller. They said it would be considered used, even though the PlayStation factory seal hasn't been tampered with. The store's logo clearly states "BUY, SELL, TRADE". The staff was rude and it upset me, especially after spending $1021.00 on the bundle. The guy behind the counter didn't seem interested in helping me and lacked the spirit of a buy, sell, trade, or barter attitude. He didn't make any effort to assist me. I'm really upset about being told that I can't "trade" a brand new controller for a different color, especially when they are both priced the same on the shelf. My kids and I enjoy going to the store to browse, but we haven't been treated well as minorities. I just want a fair exchange.

On Thursday 12/22/2022, I dropped off a big load of stuff to sell at Vintage Stock. It had some newer and more valuable items, as well as some that weren't worth much. They said they'd call me after they went through everything. The next day, a winter storm came in, so I didn't expect to hear from them right away. But on Tuesday 12/27/2022, I still hadn't heard anything, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to someone named ***, who told me that they had gone through my stuff and found that my books were only worth $2.85. I knew my books were worth a lot more than that, so I told him I'd just come by to pick them up later.

When I went to the store on 12/27/2022, I noticed that half of my items were missing. None of the newer and more valuable books were in my bag. I asked to speak to the manager, and *** told me that he was the manager. I asked him to fix the situation, but he refused. I had no choice but to take what was left in my bag and leave. I never got all of my books back, and I didn't receive any compensation for the missing ones. I'm going to report this to the ComplaintsBoard.com. I think they were intentionally taking some of my items, which is a practice called skimming. I know for a fact that I'm missing $50 worth of books, and they were the newer and more expensive ones. It's not right to cheat your customers like this. It's theft, and it's illegal.

I bought a "PLAYSTATION" "DUALSHOCK 4" controller from Vintage Stock store. The box looked weird and messed up, but I was in a hurry so I just bought it and left. It cost the same as the real ones, $59.99. Later on, I checked the product properly and it's definitely a fake. No seal, lots of mistakes, and they said the cable wasn't included but it was in the box. I talked to the district manager who told me to contact the CEO. I explained everything and mentioned the consequences of selling fake stuff with real trademarks. The CEO seemed annoyed and uninterested, saying he didn't have time for it and that they might get these items sometimes. But it doesn't matter how often, it's still against the rules. I asked them to stop selling and destroy the items, but they ignored me. After three weeks, I called the district manager again because the CEO wouldn't answer. I warned them that I would take further action if they kept selling these items. A month later, I went to another store and they were still selling the knockoffs. The employee even admitted they were fake. This proves that the company knows they're selling counterfeit goods. I've had enough of being nice. It's time to let the public know about their deceitful practices. They had their chance...
