Viagogo — fraud - request for costs return - viagogo uk order [protected]

I have recently purchased a ticket from from your company viagogo (ref. number: xxx) to attend Isle of Wight Festival to see George Ezra. I paid £ for the ticket and received the confirmation of that booking and was able to download my ticket too from yourwebsite.
I have planned my visit to IoW for a while and travelled all the way from London to IoW for that weekend. On the arrival at the festival, I was denied to access the festival ad the ticket sold to me via viagogo was not valid!
I am totally disappointed and frustrated that I wasted my money and energy to travel there and couldn't enjoy myself as I planned because of you. I experience additional costs as if I knew my access would be denied because being cheated by viagogo I wouldhave never first of all bought a ticket from you and will never by of you ever again, plus I'd not travel all that way and spend my money.
I have contacted viagogo straight away who simply apologised and said they understand my frustration. How can you understand it or can you? It means that it happens a lot that you cheat on people like this? Unfortunately for you, I am not one of the peoplewho will let it go easily like this. I know how this company works known some people working there but resigned years ago. I have trusted that this has now changed. Obviously not.
Now, aside to the ticket price which obviously are going to return to me and providing me with 37£ voucher for further purchases from this company (which I am never planning to use anyway or not buying from viagogo at all ever again) I demand you refund all my costs of travelling and staying on the island including coach, bus to get to the festival, ferry and accommodation expenses at least! Lucky for you I have not wasted more money then I did.
I attach all the receipts and I would like to receive an immediate response.
Once again I can't believe company as big as that risks it's reputation but cheating on people like this. Aside from warning my friends I am also intending to leave the negative review about your company wherever possible and luckily knowing relevant placeor people to discuss such situation with I'll also report the company where it should be reported for such a fraud. I believe I'll not be the first person to do this.
