Vhive Singaporebad product and very bad customer service

The most horrible experience I have had with Vhive. Purchased 4 items fro Vhive in April 2019 . In 3 months one of the items - show cabinet starts tearing apart. Called up and followed up with the Customer Service - but was nightmare . No help at all - rather they were not ready to listen to anything .

    Very bad customer service and the lady who answered the call is very rude to start with. Call hotline but usually unanswered. When they do answer the call, spoke as if you owe them money when the item is already fully paid. Poor attitude when arranging for delivery (take it or leave it). Initially said call 3 days before delivery but then when confirmation of date, give you a date that is 2 weeks later and said schedule very full. Told them I have been trying to reach them and the answer was 'you also call the outlet u buy from' when the salesman said to call the hotline number for delivery.

    First time buyer but most probably will also be the last time I make any purchase with them
