VG Medispa laser soprano

I bought 6 sporano laser sessions with VGmedispa because they say I can have my first session in April. They book my patch test on the 11th and my first session on the 13th. Both has been cancel and they don't give me any other sessions until the end of may, when will be too late to have a treatment before Summer.

OF coruse they don't want to give me a refund, or any other solutions

VG Medispa laser hair removal and glycolic skin peel

I have been treated extremely unfairly and am very disgusted at the way I have been misled by this company! As a means of rectifying the initial poor customer service I had received, VGMedispa promised me a free laser hair removal session plus a free glycolic skin peel to make amends to the situation at the Richmond branch. When the time arrived for me to arrange a glycolic skin peel I was rudely rejected by their staff! How is this trying to rectify the situation? I mean why offer me something and promise something if you cannot fulfill your promise? I am utterly disgusted by this company and would suggest anyone to stay well away and for groupon to stop doing business with this company! Absolute time wasters and money grabbing business!

VG Medispa mis-sold product

I bought 3 packages for myself, sister and mum early nov 2016 for selected areas.
It took well over 4 weeks to secure a patch test appointment which was just before christmas.

All three of us had the appointments on the same morning and two of us received very poor customer service from the same unprofessional, seemingly underqualified, inexperienced and simply rude clinician!

I have new cartilage piercings on my ear, which I warned the clinician about before she commenced the patch test on the side of my face. With the laser she knocked my ear which caused great discomfort and subsequent swelling & bleeding. There was no apology for the accident or acknowledgement what had happened, complete and utter disregard to the pain she had caused.

Following which there was a dispute with regards to the package we had purchased vs. The areas that we wished to treat. Both issues were raised to both head office and the local london percy st clinic, to which there was little effort made to get to deal with the issues. The sales team misleading sold us the package confirming that it would also cover the area that we were looking to treat. The only way to resolve this issue was to buy an additional package for £100+.

Unhappy with the lack of communication I wrote a formal email to the complaints department (As per their policy) on 22/12/16 which to this date has not been dealt with. I am well within my consumer rights to obtain a refund for services that were not: (1) not as described and (2) services not to a satisfactory quality.

It is impossible to speak directly to the senior management within head office! I call head office two/three times a week, however the senior management seems to be away every time I call! Requests for them to call back or email me with an update is impossible! I have been pushed from pillar to post to try to obtain a refund, whilst also wasting countless hours trying to get a hold of someone! I will not rest till I obtain a full refund! This is simply despicable!

Package: £89 x 6 sessions – face package. (X3 people) = £267 total

Unprofessional, rude, non-responsive, misleading sales techniques…! Issue after issue!
Don’t waste your time or hard earned money!

I am at the point where I am calling on a daily basis to speak with someone from head office to deal with the situation and authorize the refund! This is proving impossible, whilst also being a massive waste of time. To this date I still have not received a single email or phone call from head office to even notify me of the status of this issue.

VG Medispa lack of information before treatment. unhelpful staff

Dear Sir or Madam

I went for a laser facial removal treatment today in VGmedispa today in Fitzrovia.

I regret to tell you that I did not have a positive experience this morning. My scheduled laser facial hair removal treatment didn’t take place due mainly to insufficient information given to me on the treatment.

I was told during my consultation last week that if my facial hair got too visible I shouldn’t pluck it but shave it instead. At no point I was told the crucial fact that I had to thoroughly shave the hair as otherwise they would not be able to carry out the treatment. Staff should have made sure that this, being of such importance, should have reached me before treatment using effective communication channels.

I did indeed shave my visible hair, but not thoroughly enough, as I had not been told to do so.

I said I could shave it but was told I wasn’t allowed to do so. I have read about laser hair removal since and have discovered to my surprise that many beauty clinics do the shaving on the spot, before the treatment. This can surely be done.

Members of staff told me, in a rather condescending way, that I had not read the information when I had in fact, not been fully informed.
They insisted that I had been given the information and signed something. I never got a copy of anything I signed. As far as I know I only filled in a medical form on consultation day and was given something to sign this morning in a very small tablet. Any relevant information contained in the tablet was irrelevant at that point, as it should have been given to me before hand.

Besides, none of the staff members I talked to last week were present there today. How are they to know what information I was or wasn’t given?

I feel angry and frustrated about the lack of information and I found the staff very unhelpful. I was particularly offended when I was blamed for not being able to have the treatment.

I initially was told by the consultant that I could have an appointment for the following day but then I asked to reschedule was told that there would be nothing available until January. I found this strange.

I really don’t think this is going to work for me. I fear that what happened today could happen again and if the treatment doesn’t fully work I would be blamed again for it.

Believe me, I do not enjoy playing the role of the difficult customer. I just wanted my treatment done. I live a long way from the spa and have had a very busy day with different things scheduled at different times. It would have been in my best interest to come to the spa fully prepared.

I would like to ask you, to please give me a full refund of £200 paid to the clinic last week and what I had previously paid through Groupon.

I would like this matter to be resolved promptly and hope we can reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Please contact me with regards to this issue as soon as you can.

VG Medispa rude and unprofessional staff!

Shocking company and customer service, don't deal with VGMedispa! I made an appointment and paid a full amount. I was so excited about visiting VGMedispa until I arrived at the clinic! They almost kicked me out and said that my appointment was cancelled! But no one ever called me and I had no idea about that! I demanded my money back but they said no refunds and told me to leave! These people are terrible. I said that I want to talk with their manager but they said that he was too busy and had no time for me. Avoid!

VG Medispa cancelled my appointment for no reason

I made an appointment here for a laser tattoo removal and they cancelled my appointment for no reason. And they never even bothered to call me and tell about it! I arrived at VGMedispa and only then I was told that my session was cancelled. I asked the reason and they replied nothing! Staff was incredibly rude and totally unprofessional. They said that it was their decision and that they'll explain nothing. What a shame. But after I saw all the reviews online I was actually happy that they cancelled my appointment.

VG Medispa absolutely disgusting

This company is absolutely disgusting! They are real scammers! Please save your money and shop elsewhere! I was a customer, but when an issue appeared I tried to contact VGMedispa customer service, but could not do that. So I made a research and found out that they have an address of a different spa under a different name with different contact details! This company is not real! They steal your money and then just disappear and it is absolutely impossible to contact them! They actually grab your money and run! I am very angry and disappointed. They stole over $200 from me! Avoid this fraud company!

VG Medispa they haven't returned my money back

I paid for three treatments upfront to the company www.vgmedispa.com. I was given one treatment and after that round and black circles appeared around my eyes. It wasn’t good, so I contacted the company and they made the appointment. When I arrived, they told me that I would get refund, but the manager was away. The rep told me that without manager, he couldn’t return money. 3 weeks already passed, but still no news from this company.

I have paid for a few sessions (£379) I have only received one sessions (sept 2018) every time I go to book a session they cancel on me or there "completely full" now I try calling them and there isn't any way to contact them every number seems to be cut off including there "shops" or main office
