The folks who manage this do not know all the requirements, one person tells you one thing and another tells you something else, which conflicts. The signature telephone numbers in their e-mail signatures refer to "1234", which is not a telephone number. I am in Canada renewing an SA passport and their Canadian portion refers to U.S requirements. It is virtually impossible to book interviews, as the platform shows a time available and when you try to book it indicates it is not available, however it still shows as available on the platform. When you try to book another meeting you have to re-enter passport details again, (three passports) for me, every time you want to try to book an interview. It has now been 6 days of trying and I still cannot book a meeting. The service is absolutely terrible and they do not seem to care.
Recommendation: Avoid using this service if you can at all costs!
