We cancelled 3 priority service appointments booked through VFS Global, Colombo. We had to cancel the appointments and rebook after paying the relevant fees. When we cancelled the appointments we received emails from VFS Global confirming that the refund process started. However, to date (After 2 months) we have not received the refunds.

Claimed loss: £750

Desired outcome: Refund of the above
