Mixed Experience with ExpressPassport: Fast Service, Poor Customer Support
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with ExpressPassport. I mean, I tried calling their 1800 number like a million times and no one ever picked up. And when I sent them an email, I never got a response. Like, what's the point of having customer service if you're not gonna actually help your customers?
But I will say, when I finally did get in touch with someone, they were pretty helpful. They helped me get my passport expedited and it arrived on time for my trip. So I guess that's something.
Overall, I'd say if you're in a rush and need your passport fast, ExpressPassport can get the job done. Just don't expect to get any help from customer service.
ExpressPassport/GovWorks Review: Scam Alert - Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable
So, I wanted to get my passport application expedited and I found ExpressPassport online. I thought it would be a good idea to use their services, but it turned out to be a big mistake. They took my money and promised to help me, but their app was not working properly. I tried to contact them for support, but they never returned my calls or emails. It was really frustrating and disappointing.
I did some research online and found out that I was not the only one who had a bad experience with ExpressPassport. Many people have complained about their services and called them a scam. I also found out that they operate under the name GovWorks, which made me even more suspicious.
I would not recommend using ExpressPassport or GovWorks for your passport needs. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible. It's better to find a reputable company that can help you with your passport application. Don't waste your time and money on ExpressPassport.
Disappointing Experience with ExpressPassport: Missing Referral Letter and Waiting on Refund
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with ExpressPassport. I was all ready to get my passport sorted out, had all my paperwork downloaded and everything, but when I got to the post office, they told me I needed a referral letter that ExpressPassport didn't include. What a bummer! I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but it's frustrating when you're all geared up to get something done and then you hit a snag like that.
So now I'm waiting on my refund. I'm hoping it comes through soon, because I could really use that money for other things. I mean, I get that they have to process it and all that, but it's still a pain in the butt. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty ticked off when I first found out I needed that referral letter, but I'm trying to stay positive and hope that everything works out in the end.
Overall, I'm not super impressed with ExpressPassport. I mean, I'm sure they're fine for some people, but my experience was pretty frustrating. I'm not sure if I'd use them again in the future, but I guess we'll see. If they can get me my refund quickly and without any more hassle, that would definitely help improve my opinion of them. Fingers crossed!

Scam Alert: Don't Trust Expresspassport.com for Expedited Passport Services
This website ain't no good, it's a scam. They say they'll get your passport done fast, but that's a lie. They don't even start working on it until way after you've sent in all your info and paid them. It's a waste of money, you'd be better off going to the post office. Their customer service is terrible, they don't help you at all. They just sit there and don't say anything useful. I'm gonna lose a ton of money on my trip because of these guys. Don't trust expresspassport.com, they don't actually expedite anything.
