I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with ExpressPassport. I mean, I tried calling their 1800 number like a million times and no one ever picked up. And when I sent them an email, I never got a response. Like, what's the point of having customer service if you're not gonna actually help your customers?

But I will say, when I finally did get in touch with someone, they were pretty helpful. They helped me get my passport expedited and it arrived on time for my trip. So I guess that's something.

Overall, I'd say if you're in a rush and need your passport fast, ExpressPassport can get the job done. Just don't expect to get any help from customer service.

This website ain't no good, it's a scam. They say they'll get your passport done fast, but that's a lie. They don't even start working on it until way after you've sent in all your info and paid them. It's a waste of money, you'd be better off going to the post office. Their customer service is terrible, they don't help you at all. They just sit there and don't say anything useful. I'm gonna lose a ton of money on my trip because of these guys. Don't trust expresspassport.com, they don't actually expedite anything.
