This service is really good. I was kinda scared to give my passport info to just any company. I read a lot of reviews but still was nervous. I called and talked to a really nice lady who helped me with everything and didn't try to sell me anything. I got the fees and process and felt better about it. I was still nervous but I needed my passport fast. They kept in touch with me during every step and I got my passport with time to spare. It was worth the money and I felt better after.

So, I gotta be honest with y'all. When I first ordered from ExpressPassport, I was straight up freakin' out. I thought there was no way I could get my passport renewed in time for my trip. Plus, I was worried about the cost, ya know? But then, I talked to one of their reps and they really helped me out. I was amazed when I received my new passport (and the old one) back in my hand at 2.00pm on Friday 19 Oct.

I would strongly advise against using ExpressPassport for any of your passport needs. My husband and I submitted his paperwork in person on December 6, 2020 for the expedited service, as we had an upcoming trip planned for February 24, 2021. However, it is now February 17, 2021 and we still have not received his passport. This has caused a great deal of stress for us, as we had planned a family trip and others were depending on us to have our passports in time.

To make matters worse, their customer service has been less than helpful. They have taken no responsibility for the delay and have made no effort to assist us in any way. In fact, we have received zero updates on the status of my husband's passport. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, especially when we paid for an expedited service.

Several members of our group did just that and received their passports in a timely manner, with some even receiving them in as little as 3-4 weeks. Expresspassport.com is the best service we have ever used. They were very helpful and professional. However, we did have a small issue with the Long Form Birth Certificate. We were not aware that the US authorities would not accept the Short Form birth certificate. We provided what we had, but it was not enough. The Long Form has more information about the location of the birth. This caused a delay for us, but it was not Expresspassport's fault. The delay was actually from the Texas bureau in Austin that is responsible for Birth Certificates. They had a 1-2 month wait for the document, which forced us to cancel our overseas trip. If we had known that Texas's idea of expedited service is shipping only, we would have driven the 500 miles to Austin and picked it up same day.

The good news is that Expresspassport waited the 6-weeks with us for the docs instead of closing the file. They did their part very expeditiously and professionally. We were very impressed with their service. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They made the process very easy for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a passport. They are the best!

They don't even start working on it until way after you've sent in all your info and paid them. It's a waste of money, you'd be better off going to the post office.
