VFS Global review: Employee of vfs global Netherlands desk.

on the 4 December 2023,me and my business partner went to submit visa application for Netherlands in Delhi vfs .that time on vfs Netherlands desk employee refused to take our many of business and our immovable property documents by saying if you give so much documents then your decision will be pending. At that time there is small argument happened, I told him that I have all my documents according to checklist ,moreover I am running consultancy ,I am fully aware of required documents. Then I thought may be its a instructions from embassy to vfs. almost refused 60 percent of documents refused by employee of Netherlands desk.

Right now I am complaining because we both got refusals just because of him or incomplete visa file. I try to give all my property documents that shows our home ties are strong but he said that are not required and now in refusal letter embassy is saying your home ties are not strong. vfs Netherlands desk employee told me they need only insurance and funds and income tax returns. Even he refused my licenses of business.

please tell me now who is responsible for my refusal, because embassy is give correct decision according to my submitted documents.
