Terrible company. I ordered a console that was supposed to arrive in 15 business days. But guess what? It's been a whopping 45 days and still no sign of it. Can you believe it? They don't even bother giving any updates on the shipping or the kind of delivery service they use. And get this, they had the audacity to lie and say that the delivery company decides the service, not Vevano. Can you imagine? The folks at their customer service were so rude, they actually hung up on me. It makes me wonder if this whole company is just a big scam.

Do not buy! They kept sending the wrong item repeatedly and charging me multiple times. They refuse to exchange or refund. I ended up paying for three incorrect items from them. It was a terrible experience. I called customer service and tried to show them that the specs on their website were wrong, but they just hung up on me, insisting that it was the right item. They believe they can escape consequences. Don't give them your money, they don't deserve to be in business. I tried to contact the CEO, Linden, but was unsuccessful. Avoid, avoid this company.

Vevano Home is pretty quick at delivering their products, but man, trying to get in touch with them for a return is a nightmare. I called their customer service number, but no one picked up. And get this, there's no instructions on how to return anything on their website, so you gotta call or email them. But let me tell you, their email responses take forever. I followed their instructions after finally getting a response, but guess what? They said I'd get another confirmation email within 5 business days, and it's been 10 days already. I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever see my money again if I manage to send back my purchase. And on top of that, I gotta pay for restocking and the return shipping. I'm already out $400 and stuck with two faucets I don't even want.

I bought somethin' from Vevano before and it was all good, ya know? The product, delivery, and service were spot on. So, I decided to make another purchase 'bout 2 weeks ago. They said it would be shipped in 2-3 days, but guess what? It ain't been shipped yet! I've been tryin' to call 'em multiple times, but no luck. One time, I actually got through and they said they'd check and get back to me, but they never did. The other two times, they just hung up on me while I was waitin' on hold. Now, when I call, all I get is a recordin' sayin' they can't take calls right now. It's like they disappeared or somethin'. I've called 'em like a dozen times and still no response. I'm startin' to worry 'bout whether this company is even still in business.

Don't buy from this place! I recently ordered some chairs. On the website, it said they were sold in sets of 2, so I ordered 4 times to get 8 chairs. Only 4 chairs arrived (late by a couple of weeks) and when I asked about the other 4 chairs, they said their website was wrong and it should have been 1 chair per order. If I had known this important fact, I wouldn't have bought from them because now it's double the price (I thought it was $749 for 2 chairs as advertised, but it's actually $749 for 1 chair - big difference)! When I tried to return them (because I need all 8 chairs or none at all), they said they don't accept furniture returns. This was made up on the spot because their website says returns are accepted within 30 days. So not only do they not stick to their advertised prices and try to trick you into buying, they also don't follow their own return policy. What a terrible company. I've never come across such a shady and unprofessional company before. Avoid them at all costs.
