. Finally got the cozy and warm fire I wanted. Was a little hard to find everything I needed though, wish their website was easier to navigate. But once I found it all, the ordering process was simple and delivery was quick. Prices were competitive too, which is always a plus. Definitely recommend Starfire Direct to anyone looking to spruce up their fireplace.

The team at Starfire Direct knows how to treat its customers right. They were helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. this place rocks. Steve, the guy selling stuff, was super cool. they care a LOT about the customer and I got just what I wanted.

Good item. Same as what they said. Got it in the time they said. Only one problem, customer service sent me an email fast saying that the item was ready for delivery. I called a lot of times to get a delivery date, but no one answered until finally somebody did and the item was delivered fast. It turns out they were having phone issues and not seeing my messages. When they knew about it, customer service helped me out really fast and the item was delivered fast too.

I bought a cool gas burnin' log set and burner on Nov 12, 2021 from Starfire Direct. They said it would ship in Feb but it's been a long time and they pushed the date back to May 2022! This ain't right. I hear they're the best in town, but I can't wait that long, ya know? Tried reaching out to the company, been in live chat for 23 hours but no answer. I called and left messages, but nothin'. I'm starting to think they closed down and took off with my money! At this point, I just want my money back. I ain't got no faith left in 'em. The order came to $1,029.67 but ain't got nothin' to show for it yet. Starfire Direct, where are you?

I order #*** on Sept 2, 2022 from Starfire Direct for a total of $582.45. I got a DIY kit for a propane fire pit and fire glass. One part of the order (the fire glass) was sent through Fedex on 9/12. But, there wasn't any tracking for the actual fire pit and it arrived within a week later (the box was damaged by the carrier but the products weren't damaged). After setting up the fire pit like the instructions, I noticed the flame was small and inconsistent and had to be ignited by hand often. The product wasn't what it was described as. I talked to StarFire direct to return the product on 9/19. They suggested that I consult with their tech support team to help me troubleshoot the low flame. I decided to try this since if they could prove that I was doing something wrong and the product was as advertised then I would keep the product. I put the product back together, followed their updated guidelines, did the necessary gas leak tests, and recorded videos and pictures of the process. The issues were still there. Again, the burner had to be lit manually often and was less than 0.5 inches. There were no leaks. Clearly, the propane wasn't being supplied enough for the product to work properly as advertised. I emailed Starfire direct about this on 9/27 with pictures trying to troubleshoot this. They said someone would get back to me but nobody did. As no one had replied to me, by October 6th I sent another email requesting to return the product. This is my 3rd attempt at returning the product that wasn't as advertised. As of Oct 12, I haven't heard from Starfire direct. I want help returning this product since it wasn't as described.
