Vestiaire Collective – Late delivery because using incompetent delivery company

This is the worst ever experience. Purchased second hand luxusry sneakers for my daughter which had to be delivered to bulgaria. And then the nightmare began. I have paid customs clearance and delivery all together but since they are using very unskillfull couriers they got the package delivery into the worst ever experience. And all the time, I get only chats with some robots or probably people but with no results. An asking the same questions and saying all these same automatic answers. All the time waiting for their "expert team". Giving some deadlines which were all the time overdue. Just for giving you a decent answer. At the end I had to pay extra 156 BGN for custom clearance for which I have already paid. Well, my recommendations are never go with these guys! Never!
