I have sold an item with reference number 8504433. On 18 December this item was checked and accepted. Normally a payment is made next Tuesday. I called Vestiaire because in my account no date payment was mentioned only ‘ payment pending'. However, on 24 th of December I was not paid. I called Vestiaire again about this issue. On 31 December I still did not receive payment. I would get a confirmation email. I did not receive an email. Yesterday 3 January I chatted with Vestiaire and asked for a confirmation of payment on 7 January, next Tuesday. He promised to send me an confirmation email today that payment will take place on 7 January. I did not receive an email. I need the payment for my sold item asap! Vestiaire is doing nothing! Please let us apologize to you here regarding the delays additional required to transfer the payment of item reference 8504433 on your account.

We kindly confirm to you that your payment is scheduled for tomorrow, Jan 7th, 2020. However, please expect a 5 business day delay, due to interbank processing time on international transfers.

To clarify the situation, logistic delays seem to have impacted your payment date, since it is scheduled the Tuesday following the date your item has been shipped out from our facility.
