Vehicle Protection Center I got this warranty from Vehicle Protection Center and they keep bugging me about it

I got this warranty from Vehicle Protection Center and they keep bugging me about it. I mean, I already bought it, what more do they want? They keep saying they want to confirm my information, but I already gave it to them when I signed up. It's getting annoying and I just want them to stop calling me all the time. Other than that, the warranty seems fine, but the constant calls are a major turn off.

Vehicle Protection Center they keep calling me all the time, like seriously, it's getting annoying

they keep calling me all the time, like seriously, it's getting annoying. I already got a warranty from the dealer when my factory one ends in July , but they don't seem to get it. They keep bothering me and it's just not cool.

Vehicle Protection Center This company is the worst, they won't let me cancel my warranty and keep giving me excuses

This company is the worst, they won't let me cancel my warranty and keep giving me excuses. I stopped paying through my bank, but they claim they didn't get anything and keep pressuring me to pay less, which I can't do. I explained that I'm only working two days a week now, but they don't care. Don't bother with this company, they're just trying to scam people!

Vehicle Protection Center I was gonna buy their car warranty, but when I got the contract it said it's only a 40% reimbursement, not a warranty like they said before

I was gonna buy their car warranty, but when I got the contract it said it's only a 40% reimbursement, not a warranty like they said before. I called them right away to cancel, but they said I gotta write in to cancel. I told them they lied to me and I'm gonna cancel through my bank. I don't trust liars. My bank took care of these scammers for me. Happened on December 8, 2022.

Vehicle Protection Center I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I called many times to cancel my warranty, but no one answered my voicemails. Finally, someone from *** auto group called me to sell me more stuff, but I told them I wanted to cancel my warranty. They sent an email to a representative named *** who called me later. She was the worst customer service person I've ever talked to. I talked to her before in June about canceling because the plan cost too much, but she didn't help me. When I talked to her this time, she accused me of lying about calling and said it was my fault for not calling enough. She said our previous conversation was resolved, but it wasn't. She said I should have called every day, not just once a week. I asked to speak to her manager, but she said no. I had to cancel my card because they hand-keyed in the payment every month, so I couldn't stop the recurring payment. It's a sneaky way to make sure they get almost $200 a month from someone who doesn't want to pay.

Vehicle Protection Center I just read everything that someone else wrote

I just read everything that someone else wrote. It's literally the same thing I went through. It happened in the same way, in the same order. The unprofessionalism is shocking and so horrible, it will make your blood boil. I see a couple of recent reviews and it's all the same. We're not crazy. It's a scam. It sounds good because of the proposal they're offering, it sounds like a good idea due to the circumstances. Honestly, it just sounds too good to be true, and that's the first red flag. I'm so irritated with the company, there's no way I can type my experience. I've gotten the run around for weeks to where I just called my card in to be stolen and got a replacement! Don't call your bank and cancel any payments. You have to get a new card number or their scamming people will not continue to charge your card. They're just not what they say. The website is fraud. The company is fraud. The domain has been open for 22 years, updated 8 years ago. From my research, the owner is hiding his identity and doesn't want anyone to know who he is. The reason why you're not getting a response to your cancellation letters is due to them having a business address that they don't even attend to or check. They're just paying monthly on the business address but not checking the mail, not like they'll care to check the mail and actually do anything. I'm exhausted with this company. I need to get in contact with someone to see what steps they took with the DA and see what kind of lawsuit there is. I've been paying this thing for almost a year now. I do good for myself, but I'm not rich, and I do care where my money goes. I don't just throw money away, and this isn't sitting right with me, knowing that someone defrauded me. Another red flag. I kept getting the same representative when I was calling back. It was the same lady for 2 days straight. It was bizarre. Stay safe, guys! Do research before buying. Hopefully, you run across our reviews because I wish I saw these reviews first.

Vehicle Protection Center This company is not good

This company is not good. They called me many times and sold me what they said was an extended vehicle protection plan, but it was actually just a maintenance assistance plan. They use different names like Vehicle Protection Plan, Vehicle Protection Group, and Vehicle Protection Center, which is confusing. Their website is bad and the email they sent me only had a policy number and links that didn't work. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround and kept calling me to pay for something I didn't want. They are very deceptive and I had to file a complaint with the DA office. Don't trust them.

Date of transaction: 9/15 Amount paid to the business: $3,350 Policy #: *** Method of payment: Credit Card Mileage of car when warranty created: 88101 Mileage of car when cancelled: 88974 Date of cancellation of transaction: 11/03 Company agreed to cancel transaction (car warranty) and the refund amount should be close to the original amount taken based on mileage of the car. Company indicated that with the pandemic it may take up to 90 days to receive the refund check in the mail. The company keeps stating that it's "in progress" but it's now been 6 months since cancellation date, and company has yet to provide anything in writing to confirm the refund amount, a tracking number, etc. They just keep saying, they sent the refund request to some other department via email and have not received the check number yet, and that they can't do anything or put anything in writing until they hear back from this dept. Nature of this dispute: to receive the refund amount owed.

The company refuses to cancel a policy that was activated June 25. They stated they will continue to charge 195.00 dollars and will not cancel the policy as requested or give a refund. Policy #***. I spoke with Heather in customer service and she stated she cannot cancel policies or give a refund. Not sure how this is legal. I would like to cancel the policy and get a refund for what has been charged. Thank you

Replied to a postcard advertisement on a Vehicle Protection Plan from EGV Companies, Inc. First time ever we agreed to something like this. Received contract over the computer on June 25 and $195 was immediately deducted from our bank. Our contract number is ***. Two days later we called their Customer Service *** to cancel the contract. We were informed to fill out the Cancellation Application and return to them, which we did. We called them again on August 11 to which they advised they tried to refund us the $195 but our bank refused the refund due to the card being cancelled. We contacted our bank to which they responded they would never refuse money even though the card was cancelled. Since then numerous calls have been made. They have responded saying it is on the list to be refunded, it could take up to 90 days to refund, etc. I attempted another call this morning but the person was not available. I left a message asking them to return the call.

I received a phone call on October 15 offering me a vehicle protection warranty for my 2016 Subaru Outback. The amount that they were going to charge my credit card was a $175 deposit and then they said I'd be billed monthly for $173.22. I told them I wasn't sure if I'd be interested and they said the offer was only valid while they were on the phone with me and that I could cancel within 30 days for any reason. They sent me a confirmation of my plan via email on October 15. After looking into the company I decided I did not want the plan. On 10/25 I replied to the email they had sent me on 10/15 to inform them I was not interested in the plan and since I was still within the first 30 days of the plan, asked them to cancel it and refund my $175 deposit. I followed up with a phone call to the number that was on the 10/15 email they had sent me. The person on the phone told me I'd have to cancel by mailing a letter to the company. I asked for address of where I needed to send it. She said she would email me and confirmed my email. I never received a follow up email from her and have subsequently been charged by the company $173.22. I contacted my credit card company to inform them of what had transpired and that I did not want the membership. My credit card company has reversed the charges. However I continue to receive bills and phone calls from *** (the bill servicer) even though I had cancelled and every time they've contacted me I remind them that I don't want the membership. They continue to harass me, saying I did not cancel properly and that I'd have to resume payments before they could allow any cancellation. This company has been very deceitful and dishonest.

Good afternoon, On August 12th I received a call from Brian stating he wanted to help me extend my warranty. Gave a false number and extension to contact him. Took my card info and stated I'd receive my cards in the mail in about 10 business days. It's been more than a month and still no warranty cards have arrived. I till this day receive calls from this company offering to extend my warranty and are un able to see further info when I tell them I have already paid.

I have been getting constant calls to get warranty coverage for my vehicle and after I agree to service with Vehicle Protection Center I did some research and found that the company that presented its' self to me over the phone was not quite honest. My research found that there are several address all under different names. it took a long time to get to the right place. I have sent 2 letter for cancelation to both addresses 2 times. I have put tracking on them one received one sent to another address. Called 3 times and they still will not cancel the service. My concern is that they will continue to charge my credit card when I don't want the service. Payments are made to a company named *** for $74.99 per month. I found that according to ComplaintsBoard.com this company has an (F) rating. When I called the company they pointed me to another website. Omega auto Care. *** this site says that they have an (A) rating. All I want is to have any future transactions with this company stopped. Please. assist?

I am filing this complaint against that advertising scam, and am very sick of it. They are calling me constantly over the phone, even using other numbers for me to respond. They are using my P.O. Box address to send me their ad, they are using my home address to send mail. I am being bombarded and inundated with their paper ad. This has been going on for probably 10 yrs now, and this is the first time that i am filing a complaint against them...this time for harassment as I can't really take this any more. I am not totally certain, but I believe that at one point I had purchase a vehicle, they had gotten my name and at the time I thought it was legitimate and paid them like $350.00 as a surplus insurance but have never done anything else with them or had interaction with them on my part ever since. I am hoping that you can do something to help me with this. Please let me know, I would certainly appreciate if something could be done, so that they simply leave me alone, once and for all. Thank you kindly~ Trudy I go by this name but the mail that they are sending is under the name Gertrude

This company sold me a contract which I paid 2,893.00 on 1/26. The contract coverage was 48 months and 100,000 milage. I called on 10/12 to inform them prior to the breaking down of the car which they required according to the contract. The office was closed. I called the next day and spoke with a *** and she informed me that her manager, Thomas was trying to get in touch with my agent and they would return my call. It has been two weeks and I have called numerous times. I get the runaround or no one answers the phone. I had to pay 644.00 out of pocket and I have yet to receive the services I paid for . I think I have been scammed and I need you help.

Vehicle Protection Center For the past 4 weeks, this company has called me from several numbers claiming my car warranty has expired

For the past 4 weeks, this company has called me from several numbers claiming my car warranty has expired. I have told each individual I have spoken to that we are not interested in their services and to please remove me from their contact list, and yet the continue to call me once a day from a different number. I am at my whits end with the phone calls, not to mention the letters we receive in the mail from this same company. The mailed information can be easily discarded, but the phone calls are border line harassment as they call from local numbers on a phone I use for business. I don't know how many times I have to tell them to remove me from their calling list, but these multiple calls are against the US no contact laws.

Vehicle Protection Center I had been thinking about an extended warranty on my vehicle

I had been thinking about an extended warranty on my vehicle. They called me and I asked them to send me a sample contract. I went ahead and purchased a policy on 7/23. I thought about it over the weekend. I sent them a message via email on Sunday evening. I called on Monday. I told the representative that I wanted to cancel. She started asking me for what reasons. I told her I didn't want to move forward with it after looking at the contract. I couldn't get to the person I spoke with on Friday. I called the 800 number and reached someone. They hadn't received the paperwork yet. She told me to contact my credit card company. They are looking into disputing the charge. The policy gave me a 30 day period to cancel. I was charged $97.50. I should get the money back before the policy goes into effect. I have gotten such a run around in cancelling the contract. To cancel, they want you to do it in writing to the Royal Administration Service. I have filed with the credit card company and they will work on getting my refund since it was done within three days of the order.

Vehicle Protection Center I received a phone call on October 15 offering me a vehicle protection warranty for my 2016 Subaru Outback
