Vasanth & Cohitachi a/c 1.2 ton failure within 5 days - vasanth & co padi branch

Eam,

We have purchased hitachi a/c split ridaa 3200f rsg314gad on 18th apr
2017 from vasanth & co padi branch. The installation was completed on
28th april 2017 after continuous follow up. We have used a/c for 3
Days. On 3rd may 2017 a/c was switched off and it is not working.

Further to the problem identified we have raised subsequent tickets on
4th and 6th may 2017. A/c service technician visited and informed:
1) gas finished, so came to refill - day1
2) gas is leaking and problem in tube - day 2
3) finally they said outdoor unit to be changes - day 3

For all these communications no proper charge sheet or summary is
Produced. Everything they shared orally.

Finally we frustrated with the service and continuous follow up with
The team. So we decided to replace a new a/c with same specification.
We have raised ticket on may 8, 2017 again for the same. We got a
Message through call that they are going to replace outdoor unit only.
We are highly disappointed with the hitachi & vasanth & co service due
To below reason:-
1. # problem identification & solution is not transparent to customer
2. # no follow up from dealer side
3. # major problem occurred in air conditioner with in very short span
Of time usage.
4. # non trusted quality of the product.

We request you to replace the complete unit with new air conditioner
Without any complaints as soon as possible.

Note:
Though we purchase a/c and paid money still we are suffering in hot
Summer, our money and time is not valued from your side.
