I will never order from this company again. They never send out their orders and keep putting you off. This company is HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. Don't waste your money!

Purchased a RTIC Soft Cooler 40 used it about 10 times over a 2 year period. The seams along the zipper line came apart from the zipper itself. I reached out to RTIC and was told the product has a one year warranty and there were no exceptions. I as offered a link to marine grade glue as a solution. If you expect anything to last more than a year be warned - it wont. I've had two soft coolers and they both failed. One was within the year period and the other was not. They did replace the smaller soft 20 but it has since failed again. Bottom line - its junk, spend more and get the better product as this is nothing more than a cheap alternate that does not last.

I placed an order over 1 month ago and items have not even been picked or shipped. This company keeps telling me to check back in 2-3 days. Worst run company and absolute joke of a customer service department. Not sure what to do as they have my payment but are showing no signs of ever shipping. Will never recommend or order from this company again!

Terrible company. Contacting customer service is the worst experience. I received an email the day after I ordered saying it had shipped. The order was expected in 4 days. When it didn't arrive, I clicked on the email saying it shipped, and it still had the same thing...that it had shipped. I tracked the number with FedEx and it had not shipped, only the label had been created. I did live chat 6 days later and was told to check the status end of business day the next day. I checked both Rtic website and FedEx. Rtic had shipped and FedEx had label created. Then 1 week passed and I tried calling customer service but after 20 minutes was disconnected. Then tried chat. After 32 minutes was disconnected. Then I called again and after 30 minutes I reached someone. She was nice enough but no help. She said they usually ship the next day. She went to talk to a manager while I was on a "brief hold". Manager said it's been loaded onto the truck but still at the company. I tried to cancel my order but was told it's not possible because it's sitting in the truck. They did take the money out of my bank account when I received the email saying it shipped. I was told that they and many other businesses do this. I have never paid for anything before it shipped. This company is a joke and a rip off. I am now reading all of the horrible reviews. Don't rely on their website reviews because they're great and probably fake. Save yourself some grief and spend a bit more and get a Yeti or other comparable cooler. My next step is to contact my bank and see if they will stop payment but it's probably been too long.

Does not keep your lunch cold even in an air-conditioned work vehicle. With 2 large ice packs food is lukewarm in 12 hours. Customer service no help! I was over the 30 days when I'd had it with stuff getting warm (even bought new ice packs) and you wouldn't believe the testing they want me to do, in order for me to return it, for them to test it for 5 weeks and only then I might get my money back!

I got a backpack / soft sided cooler from RTIC as a gift about 14 months ago. The zippers are totally corroded and non-functioning. I was told by customer service the item is out of warranty and they can't help me. I guess that's why the product cost is cheaper than the competition. Inferior design and materials. Good to know for future purchases.

Although I like the cooler itself. I contacted them via email over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply. their websites states they have a live chat but they never seem to be online to answer any questions.

I was very disappointed in the customer service for RTIC. My wife ordered me a cooler before Christmas and it just arrived at my home on 5/21... The order was delayed a few times due to some kind of manufacturing issue in the color (grey). But their communication on the delays was TERRIBLE. I was the one who had to reach out to figure out what was going on. They offer to do NOTHING in light of all the inconveniences. I've dealt with delays from other retailers and they have always offered something as simple as a coupon code for a discount in the future. RTIC obviously doesn't care about the customer... The cooler itself seems to be good and perhaps worth the wait but the customer service is terrible and therefore I cannot recommend them based on this issue alone. I've emailed them a few times and they seem to have no care to fix their process...

I ordered a chair, and quickly returned it. You receive no emails, confirming receipt of item, or Processing the refund. After 15 calendar days after FedEx confirmed they received it, I still have not received my money. I will not order from them again. They have 5-7 Business days to process the return, and then another 3-5 to process the refund, per their policy. Everyone I spoke to has been very nice, but I still don't have my refund.

Eric Outdoors is a very poor company with horrible customer service. I ordered one of their new ultralite coolers and was talking about them with friends and family. My dad liked what I had to say so much he ordered his cooler 6 weeks after I did. We both new that the projected ship date was a ways out and we're aware of this before buying. Well my dad received his shipment notification today that his cooler was being delivered in two days. I attempted to call, message on Facebook messenger, and email Artic with no response from any avenue to inquire why my cooler same as dad's still showed backordered even though I purchased a month and a half before him. It's funny how during their business hours there is a different message saying they can not take calls because they are short staffed due to Covid but then changes right to the after hour message when outside that window. I believe I am getting scammed and would suggest to anyone thinking about anything Artic, please reconsider and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a few dozen tumblers with our company logo on them. I was excited that the price was good and the delivery was relatively quick. I got the tumblers and they looked good... I then handed them out to clients. Within a few days, I started getting calls the the logo was chipping off. I contacted RTIC via email to explain the issue. They got right back to me and ask for a picture which I promptly sent on Aug 30th. After receiving the photo I got no response at all. I emailed 3 more times and finally called, I finally got a hold of the "customer service" ( and I use that term loosely) person Ashley (she is who I had been emailing)on Sept 18th. Her response to my problem what that this is not a normal issue, that she did not know how to enter the replacement into the system so they would refund my money but I would have to retrieve all of the tumblers from my clients, send them back at my own expense and then they would refund my money. After seeing an actual picture of the problem, I would think they would take better care of their customers. I will never order anything from here again. Dana- Same Day Termite Co.
