Peter D We have used Vanity in the past years for leaks, ice dams and tree branch damages so the decision to replace the shingles on the whole roof by this firm was certainly a logical one. Vanity lived up to our expectations for prompt service, competent workmanship, cleanliness, and reasonable cost. The crew were very professional, they kept us well informed and, as such, we were very pleased with the results.

Didnt realize until Sunday that the wind storm on Friday had blown off a shingle. Called Vanity Roofing at 8:00am on Monday morning. John was here at 9:00am and finished before 10:00am. He also fixed a whole assortment of popped nails, caulked exposed nails on the vents and caulked exposed gaps along the peak. After climbing on the roof two years ago and having the steepness of the slope scare the crap out of me, the price was a bargain!

We are very satisfied with the quality of their work. I contacted them for a quote on Monday and within a very short period of time, they responded promptly. By Tuesday afternoon a crew showed up at our home and quickly repaired the roof damage. They provided us with before and after pictures. They are polite, punctual and their rate is very reasonable. I contacted Vanity Roofing as I needed to reroute my second floor dryer vent to go through the roof. They connected me with a HVAC company they trusted (HVAC Company Name) to help with the dryer duct work and they installed the dryer vent on the roof. They lined up the entire job to happen all at once! The crew was courteous and professional. They even did a roof inspection while they were here and repaired some loose shingles. I cannot recommend Vanity Roofing enough, thank you!

I contacted the team at Vanity Roofing, by email, and I received a quick answer. My service was to repair the Gazebo roof, a minor job. The guys from the company have showed up the next day to inspected and advise me about the best repair to do. The next day I received a quote and they scheduled the service for the next day. The service was perfect, fast and very clean. My gazebo roof looks amazing. Surely I recommend Vanity Roofing. They are professional, quick, have good communication, offer a good price, and provide excellent service.

After the May 21st, 2022 massive wind storm, our roof lost about 6 feet of ridge cap shingles. We had used Vanity Roofing to re-shingle our pool house roof last Spring and we had been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, so we once again called on their services. They had a crew at our house early the following morning and quickly repaired the roof damage. They are polite, punctual and their cost extremely reasonable. The sales person provided a comprehensive estimate, giving several options, explaining pros and cons of each one and emphasized the warranty conditions. Compared to other estimates, the Vanity's quote was competitive and won the bid. The crew was very friendly, professional, performed neat work, the leader supervised coworkers, was attentive to my comments and addressing all concerns. The job was completed in 2 1/2 days. After inspecting the project, the owner provided a video of the roof, majestic view, impeccable quality. Thank-you Vanity.

I'm very impressed with this company and the crew that came and did the work. Very professional and courteous, which is hard to find these days. They came in to correct a roof vent install that wasn't done properly and they did a marvelous job. Their pricing was quite competitive and let me tell you, I won't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. They will be the 1st company I call when it comes time to re-shingle my roof. Top notch bunch of guys, cleaned up like they've never been there, took before and after pictures...what can I say, except thank you!

Contacted Vanity Roofing in late fall along with other roofers after I found some shingles flew off my roof in a wind storm. They responded exceptionally quick and we set up a plan for spring at a very reasonable price. Vanity Roofing was very understanding when I had to change my original booked date for a later time. When the date came, their crew showed up early and worked late in order to finish my roof before rain the following day. Polite, professional, fast, and even came back after the rain days to finish up some minor work that needed to be cleaned up. Highly recommended! The team at Vanity Roofing was the best to work with and the crew was exceptional.

Following a clear need for a roof replacement, Vanity Roofing promptly responded to my request for a quote. The salesperson clearly indicating he had, before consulting me, fully examined the scope of work required and had prepared several different options to replace the existing roof. Subsequently, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. The team performing the work were professional and diligent with the work essentially being completed in a little more than a day. The delivery of the required materials and clearing away the old shingle debris were all achieved with no disruption to me. In short, choosing Vanity was a positive experience.

We recently had Vanity Roofing replace the flat roof of our garage. What was initially estimated to be a one week job took three months, however I can understand that being due to supply chain problems because of the Covid situation, so I can accept that without complaint. We are also reasonably satisfied with the finished product, and we had no difficult with the conduct of the workers or management. The problem, which was quite serious, is the fact that the final price was a huge shock: essentially double the estimate, even though I believed that we had a clear understanding of what was to be done from the start, as was spelled out in the Work Order. In hindsight I believe that these substantial "extra costs" that were added to the bill should have been anticipated and included in the quote.

This company is amazing. The customer service is something they should be proud of. I called three companies for an estimate. Roof master didn't return my call. Top hat were actually discouraging and somewhat rude on the phone when they heard it was a repair as opposed to a whole roof to be done. Vanity returned my call quickly and then we communicated by email. Each email was answered within 24 hours. The representative told me when I should expect his guys (who were amazing) for the assessment and followed through. He also told me when to expect them for the work to be done and they arrived on time. I got a montage of pictures, the first of which was the leak causing problem area, followed by step by step pictures of the repair. I can't say enough about this company and recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their roofs.

J'ai reçu trois devis pour refaire mon toit en bardeau. J'ai uniquement contacté des entreprises d'excellentes renommés qui sont implantées à Ottawa depuis plusieurs décennies. John, le représentant de Vanity Roofing, m'a tout de suite inspiré confiance. Ses conseils étaient justes et transparents et son devis était le plus bas des trois. Les ouvriers ont pris 2 jours pour remplacer les bardeaux, le skylight et le flashing pour notre maison familiale. Le travail a été parfaitement effectué. Les employés étaient professionnels, respectueux et très efficaces. John a lui-même inspecté le toit quelques jours plus tard pour s'assurer que tout a été bien fait. Un très bon control de la qualité. Pour moi il était très important d'engager une entreprise sérieuse pour refaire notre toit. Je ne peux que recommander Vanity Roofing à quiconque recherche une solide entreprise digne de confiance.

I'm happy. Discovered in recent rainstorms that the roof needed spot repairs, not a rebuild. They responded right away to my email inquiry and quoted an hourly rate for repairs, and a crew was able to come and do the job within a few days. The two who came knew what they were doing, were quick, thorough (even fixed up areas I didn't expect them to), and were good guys too. They didn't have matching shingles with them, though, but since that part of the roof can't be seen from the ground I told them to go ahead�" otherwise they'd have had to come back another day. They were done well within an hour and left no debris behind. I particularly appreciated that this company is set up from your initial contact to handle these kinds of spot repairs, even looks like it has a separate division or office for that part of the business. They're the only ones I checked into that seem to do that, and I thought their rates were reasonable and well worth it. If you need small repairs to prep for the winter this is the first place to go, and because of the way they handled it, I'd go to them first for a full roof too.

We are very impressed with this company! We had some minor damage done to our roof from the severe storm on the May long weekend, and had originally contacted a couple of other companies first. Those companies were either too busy to help us or just didnt bother to call us back. But, Vanity Roofing sent someone out to inspect the damage and give a quote the very next day, and within a couple of days had sent a crew and repaired the damage! At first, it didnt look right as there was a noticeable line where the tiles didnt seem to lay properly flat after the repair, but when I contacted the office they explained that some bumping up was normal for awhile and that the tiles would settle down. After a couple of days the tiles did just that and now youd never know that there had ever been any damage! Both of the staff members that I had spoken to on the phone were very pleasant and helpful, and all emails were answered promptly. The crew that did the work left our property spotless with not so much as a random piece of tile scrap or wayward nail laying on the ground anywhere! Thank you, Vanity Roofing for great service!
