A-3 Roofing conducted a professional, and efficient, asphalt shingle roof replacement for us in May 2022. From the informative bid presentation throught the one day procedure to the followup visit, A-3 personnel met and exceeded our expectations, and the price was reasonable.

Great company to work with. Completely satisfied with the whole process of having a new roof put on. They cross off all my needs in a business, friendly, prompt, quality of work, professional, respectful. If you need any follow up they are right on top of it. Not only are they a superior company, but they also gave us the best prices of all the quotes we got. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We just had A3 roofing install our 2nd roof on two homes we own. They did an Amazing job. Workers are friendly and you don't have to ask them twice to do anything they are right on it. Professionally kept appointments. Walked me through the insurance claim process without any headache. I got to see and feel samples of the different types of colors of my roof beforehand. A3 kept me informed on the scheduled repair appointment. The crew came by the house at 7am and the job is done by 3pm. No mess is left around my house. My new roof looks astonishingly beautiful (SISTER APPROVED...lol) and I'm loving it ? Thank you A3 for a job well done ?

A3 crews were very efficient and professional. A very important fact is that the job site was left very clean. I was impressed by the thourgh job details provided on their quote and the photos as the the job progressed. A3 answered my calls and questions and provided top notch quality. I recommend the use of the peal and stick secondary barrier underlayment they provided. A little more costly but worth every penny. I will certainly recommend A3 to neighbors and friends. A real professional group.

I obtained 3 estimates for a new roof on my home. I am a senior citizen and live alone. Armando, from A3 Roofing, gave me an estimate and explained in detail about installing the new roof. He made it easy for me to understand the steps to be taken until completion. The workers were all very professional and were constantly cleaning up the debris. Being that there are many shades of the color I wanted for my roof, Armando offered his professional opinion regarding the color, and I am very happy with the results. It looks beautiful. I would highly recommend A3 Roofing when you are in the market for a new roof. Estimates are free and they answer any questions you might have.

This was my first roof purchase and in doing so I researched and watched every single informative video I could find on roofing. I got five roof estimates and researched each company. I was shocked at some of the comments on some of the companies I found. I made a checklist on what to look for when selecting a company.

After speaking and dealing with several roofing companies I decided to go with A3 Roofing. Armando provides personable service. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was great. I have no regrets. Besides Armando taking the time to explain all my options (shingle brand, solar or electrical fan, peel and stick underlayment, etc) the reviews everywhere are excellent. I noticed they had more reviews and higher ratings than some local roofing companies that have been around 30+ years. I loved the fact I had my new roof a week later. I did mention my sense of urgency with the city and potential fines due to the tarp on the roof. I really needed to get all this done before the hearing. Armando helped me out by squeezing me in his busy schedule. The A3 crew finished the job in 1 day. They did a wonderful job removing all the nails and debris. I paid half upfront and the remaining balance after the job was done. A3 showed up as promised and did a beautiful new roof. I felt extra comfort and relief when the city building roof inspector came by and spoke very highly of A3 Roofing and assured me no issues at all with them. A3 Roofing completed my roofing job in just two days in 90 degrees plus heat with a crew who not once complained about the heat. I found this a true tribute to the loyalty to the work ethic of the company and the owner to preform with exceptional skill under adverse conditions. The crew removed an existing shingle roof, renailed my decking to meet current codes, installed new decking where required, installed a peel and stick barrier to the decking, installed new drip edge, installed a 130mph rated heavy duty architectural shingle, and continuous ridge vent. The proper permits were pulled prior to the beginning of the job and all required insurances were current. The job site was constantly patrolled by workers sweeping with nail magnets to remove them from walking areas, additionally, any roofing debris not making it into the job site dump trailer was promptly picked up. The job was inspected by our county building inspector during and at the final inspection and passed both. Upon completion of final inspection Armando provided me with a completed Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form document for my insurance company which gave me all of the deductions I was now eligible for resultant of code compliance improvements that A3 had done to my house as well as a discount for the secondary water protection layer they put directly attached to my decking beneath the shingles. I can't think of how any roofing company could have preformed better than A3 Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. They are quality people with quality products. The entire process was stress less and enjoyable. I recently had my roof replaced by A3. I could not be happier with their work. Arrived on time covering all plants and shrubs and worked over 12 hours the first day. When they finished the next day, cleaned up absolutely to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

A-3 roofing did an awesome job.
The first guy that came out Stephen Smith was very professional and had done his homework before he even got to my house. Awesome gentleman was very informed about his product and answered any questions I had. Their price was better than anyone I checked with.

The guys were out tearing off the roof within 10 days and that was after a bad storm and a holiday. They had the roof off and the new roof on and two days perfect I couldn't ask for a better job. They cleaned up after themselves there was not a spot of paper or nails anywhere around.

The owner Armando Pares was also very professional stop by the house to pick up the paperwork and sent me what I need it for my insurance company the very next day.

I would recommend A 3 roofing to anyone needing a new roof.
