I will start by making clear that I am a returning customer. After having previously completed work on two rental properties, I reached out to Rodney D after the last hail here in Round Rock. As he had done in the past, Rodney took care of all the insurance paperwork, received the appropriate approvals and quickly scheduled the actual work. He then seamlessly passed on the actual project work to Bob Odgers. Bob was super helpful from the start. He was clear on the prep work I needed and provided constant updates throughout the day (pictures and videos). His crew were not only efficient but they were meticulous cleaning up after the work was completed. Bob himself was the last to stick around to make sure the work was done to his very high standards. I highly recommend Blue Hammer and I highly recommend the team of Rodney and Bob!

I received a knock on my door. A gentleman working for Blue Hammer Roofing was in the neighborhood doing free roof inspections. As it turned out, my 11 year old roof was damaged in several places. They took the liberty to tarp the extremely damaged areas on my roof for free! Roofers have gained a bad reputation in past years but my insurance adjuster confirmed the damage which earned Blue Hammer Roofing my complete trust. They were patient and flexible in scheduling. I was amazed with their workmanship in completely replacing my roof & gutters - down to the bare wood. They showed up ready for work at 7 am and unfortunately, there is no way to quietly replace a roof but by 5 pm there was absolutely no evidence they'd even been there besides my beautiful roof. They cleaned up immaculately. Several of my neighbors have complimented my home and the outstanding job provided by Blue Hammer Roofing. I highly recommend them. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 10.

From start, when Blue Hammer Roofing Crew came to inspect my roof, I was very happy with them because they were very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Rudy Rodriguez and his brother Mathew Rodriguez was helping me out filing the claim with my insurance and stay on top of each step we're going through. I got a full roof replacement approved with my insurance. On the day of the actual work. I was at work but feel like I am onsite because Hunter, the onsite supervisor of their Quality Control Team updated me very details with pictures and explaining of each step they are going through. They are very fast, accurate, and finish the job within the time frame they've said. They gave me quality materials and finished the job perfectly! I am a real estate investor and have dealt with a lot of general contractors and roofers in my life. This is the best roofer I've ever dealt with. Words cannot explain how satisfy I am with this crew. Thank you very much Blue Hammer Roofing Team.!

I used Blue Hammer Roofing and it was positive from beginning to end. Prior to getting the roof done I was having issues with a solar company who lied (Lumio formerly Deca- Do not use this company) We had a storm after the solar panels were put in so I called Blue Hammer and poor Daniel got stuck with me. I explained to Daniel who showed up for the inspection that I dont trust any company cause I was just lied to about Solar Panels. Its been nothing but a positive experience dealing with Daniel and everyone from Blue Hammer Roofing. The supplement team was very involved and Pedro who was the onsite manager took several pics on the day the old roof was removed and the new roof was put on. The crew was amazing and cleaned up after. I even used Blue Hammers solar division to put the panels back up. I wish i used this company for the solar panels. I'm still dealing with Lumio about the solar panels. Daniel thank you very very much for keeping me informed every step of the way and not lying just to make a sale. I hope I dont need to replace the roof again but if I do, I will definitely use Blue Hammer.

Blue Hammer Roofing met and exceeded all informed expectations for my full roofing job. They used the highest quality materials and their crews did not cut corners. Their QC Mgr (Don) is a comensurate professional and highly skilled Veteran. He made the day of execution flow seamlessly and as promised. Too many roofing companies look for every way to cut corners while promising the world but then on delivery day it all falls to the waist side because they make you feel they got you! This is NOT the case with Gary, Christian and Don and their San Antonio Crews and teams. Also, Conrad working the critical Insurance claim side of the project. They Execute and ensure you simply get a top quality Roofing Job...across the board. Even the clean up blew us away...during tear down it was quite a mess and in one day, they got it all done, maintained the highest quality and when they left...it was surprisingly as clean as before they came. Impressive from start to finish. There are always tips and areas you learn in any project and process, but working with Blue Hammer and esp this San Antonio Team has been impressive!

I am so glad I opened my door the day that Robin Mendoza rang my doorbell. She was representing Blue Hammer Roofing and offered to inspect my roof for hail damage. I had had other roofing companies make that offer before and wasn't interested, but Robin was very personable, professional and knowledgeable so I consented, thank goodness. There was hail damage to my roof, gutters, and fence, so we started the process of having it covered by my insurance company. I have never seen anyone work so hard, seven days a week, dealing with the insurance company and every single detail! She checked in with me often to update me on the status and making sure I was pleased. The final product was amazing! I have a beautiful new roof, gutters, and a freshly painted fence with very little out of pocket due to Robin's excellent work! I was so happy, that I have now had Robin and the Blue Hammer team put a new roof on one rental property and getting started on a second rental property. She makes the process so smooth, and I can rest easy because I know it will be done to perfection under Robin's guidance! Thank you, Robin and the Blue Hammer Team!

I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work we received with Blue Hammer. I was kept well-informed throughout the process, had a near-immediate response to all of my questions, and felt huge relief with all of the assistance they gave me in working with my insurance company and HOA (two of my least favorite things to do). Additionally, our roof was completed in a single day, which was really nice schedule-wise. We have never once had a home improvement project with our aging house where everything went as planned. I have learned that the true test of a company is how they address those inevitable issues. Through no fault of Blue Hammer, a hidden and improperly-installed AC line was hit while our roof was being installed. I happened to mention the issue to our representative during a follow-up call, and they covered EVERYTHING to fix our AC- even though all parties agreed that the fault belonged to the company that ran the line. It was a really expensive repair, so we were completely blown away by Blue Hammer's generous response. We have already passed along this company's info to multiple friends and neighbors and cannot recommend them highly enough.

After working with numerous contractors, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism that everyone at Blue Hammer demonstrated while replacing the roof on my primary residence. My main point of contact was Gagan Samara who was always available and very pleasant to work with. I first met Gagan when he randomly rang my doorbell. It is unlike me to engage someone soliciting for business; however, Gagan was very professional and did not appear to aggressively seek my business. Therefore, I let him inspect my roof where he identified hail damage. Gagan did most of the leg work with my insurance company and from the time I met Gagan to the time of the roof replacement was approximately 3 weeks. The crew that replaced my roof (~3200 sqft home) was very skilled. The crew arrived at 6:30am, started tearing off the existing roof at 8am, and was cleaned up and gone by 2pm the same day. In addition to being very efficient they installed a high-quality Atlas Pinnacle Pristine roof shingle which looks great! They continued to work closely with me and my insurance company until final payment was made available from my insurance company. I would highly recommend Blue Hammer for a residential roof replacement.

You will get the best roofing job by guys who CARE! Our insurance would cover only 1/3 of the job. Blue Hammer Roofing documented to and communicated extensively with our insurance carrier to justify full coverage of our claim: three times the amount of money. Brendan B and Michael M were our roofing professionals and presented our roofing and gutter needs to our insurance carrier again and again. Insurance drone inspection determined that we needed only two faces of the roof replaced. Brendan and Mike took extensive photos to justify full replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts and came back and took further photos of our porch roof pitch, when insurance would not cover the flatter roof. Brendan and Mike kept the documentation and communication going to justify full coverage of our claim: we definitely appreciated their non-stop team work on our behalf. We had a Class 4 roof installed, which can take more abuse and thus is longer lasting with the benefit of lowering our premiums and the felt underlayment was replaced for the first time ever. There was always a project manager on site while the work was done. The roofers and gutter crew were very careful of the foundation plantings and clean-up. We have roofed this house four times previously and Blue Hammer is the Best! Brendan B and Michael M were awesome!

I was contacted by Blue Hammer shortly after Hurricane Laura hit the Gulf Coast and damaged our 10 year old home. Neil & Dave immediately found extensive damage to our roof and educated my wife and I how they could help us get our roof back to pre storm condition. They guaranteed we were gonna a new roof because of the damages. They immediately worked with my insurance adjuster and insurance company insisting we needed a roof. They made themselves available anytime we had a question and made several trips to go over details about their products. They tarped the exposed roofing to protect it until the work could begin just in time for another Hurricane Delta to arrive. Within a few short weeks, the material was delivered and a few days after that, they got to work on schedule. Dave and his crew arrived bright and early and began work. They covered my pool, protected my outside contents and did their due diligence working safely and without error. They were extremely professional and polite. They carried out their duties exceptionally well. I could tell almost immediately after the crew arrived, that they knew what their responsibilities and roles were, and they truly are professionals at what they do. We are pleased to share our experience with Blue Hammer Roofing Company. Recently, they replaced our roof as a result of a recent storm. This is a Very professional company. We learned so much about insurance claims from the project manager of this company. This company was an advocate for our family, after being turned down for years by the insurance company, the project manager was able to get our claims approved. Our roof has made a big difference in the appearance of our home. The project manager identified damages that did not meet code and assisted us in getting these items replaced. I highly recommend Blue Hammer Roofing for any size project. All of the staff that we interfaced with were very professional , they listened and confirmed their understanding of our issue. The project manager communicated the the project plan before the job started and she was there every day, communicating the status and next steps. The roofing crew were the best tradesmen I have encountered in a while. Their customer service skills were spot on. They respected our property as well as my neighbors. The project manager went to the impacted neighbors and shared with them that we were having our roof replaced and shared with them when to expect maximum noise or interruption in the area, especially the street when the supplier delivered the shingles.B

After severe hail damage to our roof and interviewing roofing companies, we were looking for a company that could be an excellent fit for us that we could trust. Working with Dave P, we were guided through the entire process, and he has his team took the lead directly with the insurance company. Dave P and his team were patient throughout the process as we had numerous questions as the damage extended beyond the roof. He and his team provided any referrals I needed to make my decisions. We successfully were able to get the coverage we needed and move forward with installing the new roof. Unfortunately, we hit a snag in the roofing installation, of which immediately Blue Hammer Roofing took accountability. So much so that one of the owners personally came to the house and aided in developing solutions. They also brought in Stu L, one of the quality managers, to assist in resolving the issue. While I did expect the company to do service recovery, I didn't expect the level of help they would provide as I decided on the path forward. Stu L patiently walked us through the pros/cons to include looking at other contractors' bids to repair the damage. Of course, the company wished the issue did not happen, but it did, and boy did they hold to their word of ensuring we were taken care of and happy with the product of their work. We are very happy with the final outcome and trust built with Stu L.

It was a very rough time for me right after hurricane Laura. I had just lost my husband, my roof was torn up, my house had awful things wrong with it. I was sitting outdoors when one day an angel sent straight from heaven came walking down the street and asked if he could check my roof and I was more than happy to let him look. I had nothing to loose and everything to gain. There wasn't high pressure tactics used especially since I am a woman and had no backup system. The gentleman explained everything to me and if I didn't understand something he would explain it again over and over until I did understand it. He was more than patient with me. When I was satisfied that everything was on the up and up I was ready to go. I picked out the color of my roof and anything else that needed to be done. If I wanted something extra I had to pay for it myself and they told me the cost up front so I would know. When they started they started. Within a half a day the old roof was off and the new roof is on. I couldn't believe how fast they did move. When they left they left the yard clean. They went over it several times with magnets to make sure they got up all the nails. I was so happy to have a new roof and I have bragged to everyone and asked them to come and see it. This is the first time for me to go though anything like this alone and I want to thank Ali and the Blue Hammer Roofing family for being so helpful. I will recommend them to anyone that wants or needs a new roof.

After a hail storm ruined parts of our roof, my husband and I shopped around for roofers to get our roof replaced. We were recommended quite a few companies from our neighbors but we were sold on Blue Hammer Roofing. Hugo Rodriguez walked us through the entire process of what would happen during the replacement and reassured us that we would be in great hands. After the initial consultation up until the roof replacement was complete, Hugo kept in touch throughout the entire process to ensure we were taken care of. During the roof replacement, we worked with Bob Owens, the Quality Control Manager. Before the initial roof replacement, Bob walked us through the process from start to finish and what to expect from him and his team. The morning of the roof replacement, Bob came to inspect everything and was able to prepare us for what was to come. With having a 4 month old baby, we decided to stay at a hotel while Bob and his team worked on our roof. While away, Bob kept us updated with some high quality progress photos so we could see the transformation of our roof - that was neat watching the process of it all. The weather was also finicky too and Bob kept a close eye on the weather and kept us informed of the steps they would take if the heavy rain were to hit while they worked on our roof. Thankfully just a little drizzle and that was it. Bob and his team finished our roof in less than 6hrs and were able to get all the debris out and thoroughly cleaned out before we got home. Bob went above and beyond to ensure we were in the know from start to finish and even removed a dead bunny he found in our yard. We highly recommend working with Hugo and Bob from Blue Hammer Roofing - they made the entire process of it all feel so effortless and they definitely exceeded our expectations. We appreciate y'all.

If you are in the market to have the roof on your home repaired or replaced, Blue Hammer Roofing is the first and foremost (if not only) company to consider for the job. Blue Hammer recently did a full replacement (nearly 5,100 in surface area) of our home's hail damaged roof in one day. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Blue Hammer's representatives Freddy Martinez, Rudy Ramirez, and Ryan Hernandez, whom were all very professional throughout the process. We didn't experience any shenanigans or farfetched sales pitches with Blue Hammer, but simply the facts and a thorough explanation of the process in having our roof replaced. If you are not familiar with the process, note that in some instances insurance companies may have independent adjustors perform inspections on their behalf. Well, the report submitted by the independent adjustor who performed the (so-called) inspection of our roof had shown significantly less damages than that found by Freddy at Blue Hammer, and were ultimately accepted by our insurance company. Blue Hammer is a class act company! As I went outside to take some pictures of the progress, I noticed that Blue Hammer took the time to erect wooden barriers to shield our plants, and to laid down tarps to keep the majority of the debris from falling directly into our grass. And even though Blue Hammer had tarps were in place, they still took time to perform numerous magnetic sweeps for debris (i.e., staples, nails, etc.) as well. As for me taking pictures of the progress of our roof repairs, Ryan noticed what I was doing and told me that wasn't necessary as he was preparing to launch his drone, and he would be providing me with aerial photos of the repairs throughout the process! There's a lot more we could say about our great experiences with Blue Hammer, and how they stood by us to mediate our insurance claim, but I'll sum it up in saying that if you are needing a supreme roofing company who has your best interest at heart, Blue Hammer Roofing is it bar-none! Liars! Typical salesman! Told my mom her roof would be completely repaired and it wasn't. Still soft spots and leaks in the roofs. They keep telling me they are coming out and never do. I have to keep contacting them first. Talked a good game but when it came down to doing work it was always a problem. Kept saying they were trying to save us money but I said all I want is my moms roof fixed completely. If you can't do it then we can find somebody else. He promise (per text I have) to get it all done to our liking. After we noticed leak I went on roof and could barely walk up there because of all the soft spots. Was told that they would place all the decking on the roof that needed to be replaced and per the salesmen, it was "the worst roof he's ever seen" and needed all this extra decking. Well, the roof looks good because of the new shingles but if you get up there you can see dents and drivers everywhere. Her ever there is a dent, it's super soft. Felt like I could fall through. Jazz , the salesman and Rodney the mama get are full of it. I just want my moms roof fixed. They keep saying we have warranty and blah blah blah. It's been less then a month or so and they should just come back out and redo or fix the roof.
