Ed McNulty was our "go to person" with Safe & Sound Roofing. He was in contact with us throughout the project. The roof was installed in a timely fashion and no evidence or scrap of old materials were left in our lawn. This company did a superior job and we highly recommend them!

This roofer started and finished a new roof on my property on Monday August 5th. They started around 7 AM and finished around 5PM. They did a fantastic job, they cleaned the property without leaving anything behind and were very professional in putting on a new roof. I would recommend this roofer to anyone interested in a new roof.

Very seldom do I recommend a company or service, however I will make an exception here. Their account manager Derek Santiago was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only with me but also dealing with my insurance company. The crew that actually did the work was in my opinion was outstanding. I looked at other roof jobs and felt that this company was the one I wanted to do my roof. Do not regret the decision.

We had Safe & Sound Roofing inspect our roof since neighbors recently had new roofs with excellent comments about Safe and Sound.

Customer service reps Ed Johnson and James Smith handled all details with insurance company to ensure proper compensation was provided. Construction crew was outstanding from arriving early, covering all plants, working together, removing, and disposing a defunct solar panel along with cleaning up all debris.

If you need work done on your roof, look no further than Safe & Sound Roofing. They provide quality services and wonderful people to deal with. Our rook inspector Jenn was awesome and explained everything to us throughout the process. General Manager Derek was outstanding and helped us work through issues with the insurance company as well as leading us through the process. I usually don't write reviews but in this case, I feel that anyone needing work done on their roof, or total roof replacement, should most definitely contact Derek and Safe & Sound Roofing

Safe and Sound Roofing did our roof replacement in 2021. After talking to and reading reviews of other roofing companies, we decided to go with Safe and Sound Roofing. We made the right choice. Derick Smith was our contact person. We were very pleased with his professionalism, kindness and the ability to reach him at any time with concerns and questions. Everything was explained up front and there were no surprises. The roofers were on the job as scheduled and cleaned the debris up as expected. Our experience was most pleasant. I'm working with Safe & Sound Roofing on a damage claim. I chose them to replace my roof because of all the positive comments from my neighbors. They have replaced about 25 to 30 roofs in a small area of my neighborhood. About 15 of those were on my street. Everyone I've talked were happy with their work, both installation and cleanup. In my case Ed Smith, the salesperson/inspector, handled most of details. He inspected the roof, provided all the paperwork required, was on the roof with the insurance adjuster to ensure he saw all the damage and advocated in my behalf. I will update this post when my roof has been replaced.

From the beginning to the end all inspections and work was excellent. Ed Johnson, the Account Manager inspected the roof and told us we had enough damage to replace the roof. He helped us contact our insurance company, and he made sure that he was present when our insurance inspector was here for the examination. This was a big help because he could point out the damage and the inspector couldn't deny the claim. Safe and Sound made all the permits and other work orders seamless for us. The roofing crew was very efficient and professional. Work was completed within one day, and the roof looks fantastic. It passed inspection by the county without any problem. We wish that more contractors use the safe work standards as Safe and Sound Roofing.

Based on a neighbor's recommendation we contacted Safe & Sound Roofing. One of their account managers, Derek, came out, did a thorough inspection of our roof, and confirmed the storm damage that we suspected. Derek was very clear in explaining the roof repair process, answered all our questions, and stayed personally involved through the delivery of materials, the roof replacement, and (important) even the clean-up. The work crew was on time, very respectful of our property, and diligent with their clean-up. The end result was a new roof that was efficiently installed, looks great, and created no damage to the house or the landscaping. Unlike my previous experience with other roofers, Safe & Sound was professional and the process was free of surprises. Without question, they get our highest recommendation.
