Roofing Now is a good company. They did lots of roofs before mine and none of them got messed up. I asked them for a price and they were cheaper than other people. They started working on my roof fast, like ten days after I told them what color I wanted. They took off the old roof and put new stuff under it in one day. It took four days to finish because the inspector was busy (lots of roofs got messed up in the hurricane). I think Roofing Now is a good choice. They charge a fair price and work fast and good. My roof looks really nice now.

Keith P. gave us a bid and explained the process to replace the shingles on our home. We felt confident it would be in good hands with this company. Also, spoke with other homeowners in my neighborhood that used this company and all were very satisfied with the work. The workers showed up and completed the job in two days while I watched other companies in the area take four or more days to complete their shingle job. Would certainly hire this company again with no hesitation. Great communication with Keith. Highly recommend.

So, we came back from our vacay in July and saw some leaks in our tile roof. We hit up Keith, the boss man, and told him what's up. He said he'd send a supervisor to check it out. A few days later, some dudes showed up and fixed the leaks. We called Keith to let him know it was done and he came over to check it out. The job is done and we're stoked with how it turned out. Thanks, Keith, for doing a solid job.

Keith and his team were amazing to work with. Keith was really professional, straight to the point and HONEST (which was hard to find with other companies). The quality of work and materials for our new roof were great. All the workers were super friendly, the work was done on time and the customer service was phenomenal. Mrs. Lynn N. was awesome, she kept me up to date with all the work updates and always answered any questions I had. Thank you guys, my family and I really appreciate everything you've done for us. You guys will definitely be my first phone call for any future home projects.

Keith P. and his crew at American Commercial Construction and Development did a great job on my roof replacement. They did it fast and good. His crew was nice and cleaned up all the mess during and after the job. Keith kept me in the loop on what was happening. I asked Keith and his crew to replace both my house roof and my dock roof. I thought the dock roof would be hard, but Keith and his crew did both roofs in four days. I would tell my friends to use American Commercial Construction and Development for their roofing needs.

This company just finished fixing my tile roof for my office. I got over 5 quotes for the repair and Mr. Keith P. was one of them. Even though his price was a bit higher, I wanted quality work done quickly. Mr. P. and his company finished the job in just 4 days from when I signed and did a great job. I gotta say, Roofing Now is the real deal! They hooked me up with a fresh roof over the summer and I didn't think much of it. But then, BAM! Hurricane hit and we were spared major damage. Meanwhile, my neighbors were losing whole roofs and shingles left and right. I didn't wanna risk any leaks so I hit up *** on a Sunday morning after a wild night out. Dude got back to me quick and had a crew out that same evening to check it out. And get this, they're already fixing it up on a Monday night! That's some serious hustle. *** has been texting me back even though I know they're swamped with work right now. They deserve way more than five stars for being there when it counts. This is the kinda company you want in your corner. Simply amazing!

Got a new roof from American Commercial Construction (Roofing Now) for my Mother in Law. Was so impressed I told friends and family and all 4 of them signed up and are extremely happy with the results. A wonderful experience working with Keith. Great value and great job. Can't beat that combination.

Keith came and gave me a great quote with an aggressive timeline.
Workers came within the two week window promised, took off my old roof (including an old solar screen for the pool), and installed a great looking Timberline HDZ shingle. Many positive comments.

Hello I wanted to thank Keith for all he has done inbour hone roof replacement project. He was able to obtain permit and he made scedule ahead of time. I am so thankful that we chose American Construction. Keith worked with us personally, patiently and financially, going out of his way during the process of decision making to provide honest, written, detailed information. We interviewed other roofers who talked a lot but left us clueless and paperless, as to what they were actually going to do. His capable crew was hard working, efficient and left our yard spotless! Keith found the leak source that other roofers did not find. Afterwards, Keith showed us pictures of the process and the completed roof as it is now. We have a new roof that we can trust and that is quality work with supplies used 'to code' and beyond! Thank you Keith and crew!

I hired a roofer and after 5 months of pure *** I reached out to Keith. He immediately took control of the situation. He had a new roof in place in less than three days, yes that is 3 days. He would not take one dime until the roof and been completed and only after I inspected the entire job. He saved us as I was at my wits end. That was three years ago, I told my friends but never wrote a review. We are in the process of selling the property and the inspector discovered a small area in the corner of the carport. Keith's father just passed and he apologized for not returning my call immediately. Can you imagine? He is a really nice guy and very professional. He got back in town yesterday, guess what? It is not even 9:30 A.M. and he has already had the problem fixed. I would highly, highly, highly recommend Keith and his company. I have tried the others and I really do know how bad it is out there, just one example of the competition: they covered open holes in the roof with tin and tar paper and not wood. Had a silicone roof put on our Linai roof in Oct 2021. Since Feb 2022, we've had 2 leaks when it rains. Called this company at least 8 times but no response. Paid $1500 for this and want it fixed.

This company put on a new roof in January for the old owner. I've been trying to get a hold of them about a leak but haven't heard anything. The old owner paid $36,700 for the new roof and $700 for two roof vents to be replaced. The new roof had a five-year no leak warranty and limited lifetime on the material. When I bought the house, I called the office to find out how to transfer the warranty to my name, but no one answered. After the leak happened, I called a bunch of times to see if the warranty was still good and to ask for someone to come look at the leak. No one answered. I just want someone to call me back.

So I hired Roofing Now to fix my roof and it was a total disaster. Keith P. promised to come back and fix the white vent that was put on my brown roof, but they never showed up. I hired them on 7/18 and it was a terrible experience. The crew didn't speak English and the work on the outside edges looked terrible. The vent on the top of the roof was supposed to be brown to match the shingles, but they put on a bright white one that looks ridiculous. I contacted Keith P. and he told me to call Lynn in his office. Lynn admitted that it shouldn't have been white and said they would send a crew to fix it. I called two more times and still no one has come out. They always say they don't have a job in the area, but it's been over a year and no one has showed up. Mr. P. promised to fix it in text messages, but nothing has been done. Don't hire Roofing Now, they don't keep their promises.

I hired Keith P. from American Commercial Construction Company in June for a metal roof in a clay color from their brochure. But the color on the roof was more like a beige light color, not the clay grayish color I wanted. I signed off on the roof in July because Keith P. promised to fix it. He said he would repaint the roof to match the clay color in the brochure in November over 3 days, with no change to the warranty. But it never happened. I texted and called Mr. P. many times, and he promised to take care of it, but he never did. He said he was tired of my messages but wanted to do a good job. I know businesses have problems, but it's been 11 months since the job started, and Mr. Powell still hasn't finished it. He doesn't seem to honor his work.

I hit up Keith P. from Roofing Now in March . He said we wouldn't pay until we were happy, and we signed up for a GAF Timberline HDZ roof in Oyster Grey with white drip edge. But when the crew finished, they didn't say anything and left a messy yard with sloppy drip edge. We told Keith, and he said he'd fix it. But the fix was still bad, and the crew said they didn't have the right tools or product. Then on April 25th, our neighbors said we had missing shingles after a storm. We found big white spots (roll roofing) on the roof that weren't there before. We called Keith and he said they'd fix it, but we had to talk to Lynn. Lynn was a real jerk, saying the roof was done and to get over it. She wouldn't even make an appointment. We tried calling Keith again, but no answer.

Me and my partner made a deal with Roofing Now for $15,000 cash. We gave them the money months ago and asked Keith when the materials would be ready and when they would get the permit. After a few weeks, we got some of the materials but not all of them. We wanted them to replace the doors, windows, and siding of our house, but they only gave us the doors and windows. Keith and his team didn't get the permit even though we helped them with the plans. They stopped talking to us and we didn't hear from them for many weeks. Then, we got a letter from their lawyer saying they were cancelling the contract and keeping our deposit. We talked to the people who gave them the materials and found out they only cost less than $10,000. Keith and his team are keeping more than $5,000 without doing any work. This is not right and we hope they will fix it without us having to get a lawyer. We have already waited for many months and lost $5,000. We will accept a receipt for the materials and the difference between $15,000 and Keith's cost by cashiers check.
