The website provides a number to call if the card begins with specific numbers. My card had those numbers and when I called to inquire as to why I could not use it, the representative rapidly read a statement that the card was anonymous and the merchant, PayPal, did not accept the card and then something about my zip code. She had a heavy accent and spoke so quickly it was hard to follow but the onus was placed on the merchant and when contacting PayPal the blame was placed on Vanilla. A catch 22 to make money through chicanery by both parties. Beware

Desired outcome: Honesty and transparency regarding non acceptance of the card if addresses are required when attempting to make online transactions.
