I have contacted Vanguard for 9 months telling them that I had opted out of this service, I wanted no money taken out of my paycheck from the company I work for. You refuse to stop taking this money out. You sent me a letter about not having a beneficiary on my account that I never asked for, I sent it back and said I dont have a beneficiary on because I opted out and don't want your service. What is it going to take. Calling for 9 months over and over, sending you things in the mail, over and over.
