Gate did not honour its promise to credit crypto after I provided all information requested

Gate.io locked my BTC and ETH and the customer service did nothing about it
I bought some amount of Btc and Eth from them and some other tokens. It took over a week before the deposit reflected on my account. That was after incessant emails I kept sending to the customer service. Then I tried to send the coins out to another wallet, they wouldn't let me or even trade my coins so it was basically stuck in there with nothing to do with it, only useful to the company. I had to speak to Thevaultechteam to help me out, a team of blockchain experts I spoke with through telegram who had successfully helped other victims. Stay away from Gate, they are organized fraudsters.
