Ok I was around some one that heard me talking to vanguard an my information was messed with an changed so there for I was locked out of it so I just need the process speeded up please an they said with out my new password nothing can be done an for me to make a password that no one will ever know once you guys finish the looking into it its very important [protected]
It said that it was sent in on friday an the man said no weekends

Desired outcome: i put in for 18thousand before all that happend i wanna stay with the same amount
