Ordered some sneakers from Vanccy back in December 4th, 2022 and I'm still waiting for them. Boy oh boy wish I could turn back time and read the reviews first! These guys are a rip off! Would not recommend shopping here at all. Been trying to get my money back but it's been a terrible experience. I'd give them zero stars if I could. What a disappointment!

So I went on Vanccy.com and ordered a nice pair of blk shoes - they looked great on the website and were only $46.98! I was really excited to get them and waited patiently for them to arrive. But then the 1st time they sent them, they never arrived. I was a little disappointed, but I reached out to Vanccy support and they were nice enough to resend them.

However, weeks went by and I still hadn't received my package. After waiting for what felt like forever, I decided to contact Vanccy again and ask for a refund on my purchase. I thought it was a simple request, but for some reason I didn't receive any response from them. That's really frustrating and unprofessional. I just want my money back now.

I'm not sure if I can recommend Vanccy to anyone else because of this experience. It's a shame because I really liked the look of their shoes, but if they can't deliver and provide good customer service, what's the point? I would be careful ordering from them and make sure everything is in order before doing so.

That's straight up disrespectful. Don't be makin' me wait for my stuff and then not even have the decency to help me out when there's a problem. Straight up, do not buy anything from this no service person.

Oh boy, Vanccy has got to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It's such a bummer I didn't bother to check out the reviews before buying from this site, 'cause lemme tell ya, it was a huge mistake. I mean, the product I received was just the crappiest garbage I've ever seen - and I'm not even kidding. Don't even get me started on the shoes... like wth? Not to mention, their customer service is just plain terrible. I've been going back and forth with them for a while now and it's been nothing but frustrating. The worst part about all of this is the return process. Don't even bother trying to return anything. The cost of return shipping is way beyond reasonable and that's on top of the original purchase price.

This company is a scam! Their products are not authentic and they smell like plastic and chemicals, specifically like gasoline! The sizes are off and they won't even accept returns when they claimed they would. I attempted to ask how to send back the product and they responded by saying that it's just how their products are made. Don't even think about purchasing anything from Vanccy as they are completely untrustworthy. I am taking the necessary action by contacting the BBB to report them and warn others.

So I recently copped a dress from Vanccy and bruh, I was soooo disappointed. The joint did not look like what was on the picture at all. The material was really thin and see-through which I did not expect. I emailed them to return the dress, but they were not tryna hear me out. They ain't even send me the right information to return the stuff. After I hit them up multiple times, they finally agreed to refund me, but they did not follow through on their words. They ain't even emailing me back now. Yo, I'm telling y'all, do not order from this site. Straight up waste of your time and money.

I made an order for a bathrobe on Vanccy's website. The cost was almost $50, which was already a hefty price for me. I was buying it as a Christmas present for my mother, so I was excited. However, my excitement was short-lived due to the terrible experience I had with this company.

First, Vanccy rerouted my package back to China. I didn't understand why this happened because I provided the correct shipping address. I decided to wait for a little longer to check if it would be delivered, but unfortunately, nothing came. After a while, I checked the delivery status, and I saw that it had already been marked as delivered even though I didn't receive it.

To make it worse, they claimed that the package was signed off by a customer. I was perplexed because I didn't receive it, and I was the customer who placed the order. It became apparent to me that Vanccy was a real cheat. I tried to reach out to their customer support, but it was like talking to a brick wall.

When I wanted to write a negative review about the product, I was surprised that the site removed it instantly. It was like they didn't want any negative reviews to be published on their site. Disappointed and angry at this treatment, I knew I had to do something. I filed a dispute with PayPal, who is investigating the issue.

In conclusion, Vanccy is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't care about the customer's satisfaction or delivering good products; they only care about cheating people out of their hard-earned money. People should stay away from such dishonest companies.

So, I bought shoes from Vanccy, and I regretted it almost immediately. I placed my order, but I had a nagging feeling that I should check Amazon to see if I could get them cheaper. Sure enough, the same shoes were $16 cheaper on Amazon, and they even offered free return shipping. I decided to cancel my order with Vanccy, but this is where things got frustrating. I emailed customer service, but it took them until the next day to respond. By then, the shoes had already shipped! I explained why I wanted to cancel, but they still sent them out. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them and trying to get a refund for my shipping. And to top it all off, the shoes don't even fit! I ordered a size 7, but they're way too big. I wish they had just canceled my order when I asked them to. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.

White leather sandals with gold and silver balls at ankles came in size 43. I don't know what size that is. They are way too large. I wear a size 7 USA. I would like to have them replaced with the proper size for me---USA 7.

They were bought about August 8, 2023 and were delivered in a reasonable time. But there was no paperwork inside the package for me to find the return address.

Got some kicks from Vanccy and let me tell ya, they're straight up not good. Like, they look alright, but they're made outta some cheap stuff that scuffs up the moment you step on a pebble. And don't even get me started on sizing. I ordered what shoulda been my size, but they feel like they were made for some kinda giant who wears triple layer socks or something. Tried to send em back, but Vanccy ain't tryna come through on that return policy. Honestly, feels pretty sketchy. Would not recommend.

So I saw some pretty cute shoes on Vanccy.com and decided to take the plunge and make a purchase. I was super excited about my order and couldn't wait for my new shoes to arrive! However, when I tried to get tracking information on my order, I never received a response. I even tried contacting their customer service multiple times but still never got any sort of response.

I'm feeling really frustrated with my experience with Vanccy. I feel like I may have been swindled and won't be getting the shoes I ordered. I'm pretty disappointed, to say the least. I've even reported my experience to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that maybe they can help me out.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping on Vanccy.com. It's definitely not worth the risk when there are so many other trustworthy online retailers out there.
