ActiveCampaign ActiveCampaign has been our go-to service provider for a few years

ActiveCampaign has been our go-to service provider for a few years. Lately, their service has stopped working for us, and it's been quite a hassle. Their support team, bless their hearts, just can't seem to fix it. It's frustrating, you know? And to make matters worse, when we asked them to cancel our account and refund us for the unused time, they flat out refused. Can you believe it? So now, I'm stuck paying for another whole year of a service that's as useless as a broken pencil. Ain't that just peachy?

ActiveCampaign I got Activecampaign service on 16MAR21

I got Activecampaign service on 16MAR21. I paid $108.00. They said they would do promotional email campaign service for my business leads. I tried it with two personal emails, but it didn't send promotional emails to those addresses. The emails are [protected]@motou-baik.com and [protected]@motou-baik.com. The technical service said it's not a common problem and they won't fix it. I tried three emails and only one worked. That's a 66% failure rate, which is really high. The credit card reference number is 5484.

ActiveCampaign gave me a huge 90% discount for Startups, which was awesome! I got the confirmation emails (check out the screenshots *** and *** ) and even my invoice showed the discount (see screenshot *** ). However, instead of charging me $466.80, they mistakenly charged my credit card $4668. I've reached out to them multiple times through email, but haven't received any response at all. To back up my claim, I've attached screenshots of all three emails. Can you please refund me $4202 back to my credit card? Thank you!

ActiveCampaign I decided to use this company after talking to their salesperson

I decided to use this company after talking to their salesperson. They said ActiveCampaign could integrate with Salesforce, so I signed up. But they can't do it. 1. Their service doesn't integrate with Salesforce, and their support team doesn't know how to help. 3. Their service can't tell the difference between a lead and a customer. 2. Today, on a call with ***, I found out that my "leads" aren't showing up because they haven't opted in. Huh, I'm switching from Pardot, so why do all my leads need to opt in again with ActiveCampaign? They never told me this when I signed up. Their service and support aren't what they promised, and I want either an expert to fix it or a refund for everything I've paid so far.

ActiveCampaign We started using Active Campaign in the spring, around March

We started using Active Campaign in the spring, around March. We picked them because they said they could connect with Square, which we use for our shoe store. But right from the start, the connection didn't work. It didn't show our customers' past purchases like it was supposed to. I told them about it, and at first, I talked to a lady. Then a guy named *** joined the conversation. All they ever said was that their tech team was working on it, but they still hadn't figured it out. They stopped responding to me after a while, even though I tried reaching out multiple times. Tonight, *** contacted me for the first time in 2 months, and guess what? They still haven't figured anything out. We shouldn't have to pay anything until we actually get what we signed up for.
