Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] review: Transmission flush

I received a transmission flush at the location on central in Wichita Ks. I later developed transmission issues and took my car to a mechanic. He discovered I was leaking fluid from a damaged drain plug. I contacted the business because they were the only people who could have damaged it. They said I couldn't prove it was them and they refused to pay for the repair of the plug. It was a frustrating experience, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your business. Looking through other reviews after this I realized I was not alone. Seriously avoid this place.
