oil change went bad
on friday 8/04/23 before going to mexico i stop on valvoline on murrieta california and did a oil change and air filter replacement..satuday morning we hit the freeway to go to mexico...Tecate is like 2.45 hr drive from wildomar..got to Tecate and the car 2020 nissan sentra starting to smog and losing power and noise on motor...got to Tecate arount 12.30pm left Tecate around 4.00pm..coming from Tecate to wildomar lights stating to turn on oil and motor and a dosh board a err engine malfuction power reduce service now...toke the car to the nissan and pay $200 for a diagnostic ...Nissan mechanic show me that the car had no iol at all...and that the oil presure punp could be damage...whent back to valvoline Manager took the paper that nissan give me and they only are going to get back $124.00 ... about $200 plus labor and parts for the oil pump presure! and i have pic...if need it i will post them thnz

Brought my 2014 Buick Regal for a standard oil change. I had a $10 coupon. I was told I needed extra oil, and it had to be special oil type. Was charged $99.99 for synthetic oil change with 6 quarts and a filter. Additional $10 for extra oil. Additional $27 for filter- the total was $135.00. I only noticed how much I was overcharged because I took my husbands car today for the same thing and it was $60- which includes the extra cost to top off my radiator fluid. I looked at my oil change from the prior two changes, and noticed I was charged $69-$135 for the same car, same service. I called a mechanic to ask about this and was told there is no such thing as extra oil charge and even if they tried they couldn’t put 7 quarts in and 2 oil filters.. Im so mad! I have all of my receipts.. which they emailed one without asking so I didn’t get a chance to look it over and trusted I wasn’t being swindled.

Oil change was fast, but they messed up my battery. Left the store and 40 minutes later, my car wouldn't start with a loud boom sound. Their report said battery was okay, but clearly it wasn't. I was stuck for hours and missed picking up my kid. They even sent me an email saying my battery needed TLC shortly after. How did they know? I'm reporting them to the Attorney General and ComplaintsBoard.com. Check your receipts and emails for proof. My car has around *** miles and was made in ***.
