On July 8th and July 16th, the company charged way too much for replacing garage door rollers. They asked for $159.95 for 10 rollers that you can get for less than $22.00 elsewhere. They said they would give back $60.00 for the initial repair because the garage door wasn't centered, but it's now August 23rd and they still haven't given it back.
I ordered a garage door on May 11
I ordered a garage door on May 11. They asked for half the payment upfront. They said it might be in stock, but if not, it would take 2-4 weeks to order (by May 25). They said they emailed me a receipt for my payment, but I never got it. In June, I got a voicemail saying the estimated time of arrival was updated to July 18. The next week, I started calling them, and they said it was on backorder and would take another 2 weeks (by August 2). I called again, and they said the shipments went to a new location, and they would go there to find it. They said they would call me the next day to schedule the installation, but I never got a call. On August 6, I got a text message saying the new estimated time of arrival was August 31. I contacted them and told them that I couldn't accept any more delays and wanted my deposit back. I needed the door back in May. They said too bad, the deposit was nonrefundable. They promised me a product that they themselves admit is not available indefinitely. I need the door as soon as possible. I want my deposit back or a garage door now (I can find identical doors in Phoenix for immediate pickup).
