Value City Furniture review: sectional chaise

Poorly made furniture and terrible customer service I bought a sectional sofa which cost a lot of money and within a couple weeks the chaise was sinking in. After the warranty repair man comes he deems the furniture as not defective and there is nothing they can do? Avoid shopping here their furniture is poorly made and customer service does not care to make their customers happy or look into it further. Lauren customer service manager states there was nothing more they can do after they sent a repairman to assess who was rushed and deems nothing wrong with the chaise, when indeed it is clearly caving in the seat. She also suggested to proceed when I said I am going to report to Better Business Bureau and write negative reviews and she did not seem to care, someone who is the customer service highest manager
