We bought our furniture in August 2022. We were talked into purchasing the 5 year Pure Promise Furniture Protection Plan, even though we had a bad experience in the past and the salesman advised that wouldn't happen again. We purchased over $5000 in furniture including the Protection Plan. Now I submitted a claim as the frame structure of the recliner and loveseat are very poor. They ask when we started noticing the damage. This is impossible to approximate so I just put 31-60. This claim was denied because the claim has to be filed 30 days from noticing it. SCAM! Really! We will no longer buy from Value City Furniture. Very poor quality.

Recommendation: Do not buy from Value City Furniture
