I purchase the coach 1/14/2025 with a promo of 5% off if you open A Value City charge card with 0% for the first year. I setup auto pay so I never really review the whole statement. The Statement said Promo is about to end in Januray of 2025 I was not aware of this information from the store or the credit card company before purchase. They have now tacked on interst along with 1867.67 to the card because it was not paid off in the first year. I HAVE NO DOCUMENTATION FROM ANYONE STATING THAT WOULD BE THE FINAL OUTCOME! this seems ILLEGAL to me. I offered to pay the full amount on my card for the couch and they said it is past 30 days and they could do nothing to help me out.

Desired outcome: Let me pay the balance on the coach in full since I had no information given to me about this Promo.
